Because it's already night, Zayn who is leading all of the Knights with the help of Sir Marshal decides to camp and rest.

They are already searching some areas where the 'magical plant' is said to exist, but luck is not yet on their side. After fighting with his mind so many times, he finally decides to rest rather than follow his stubbornness. He knows he needs to think and look back at the map, and probably improvise their movement strategies to a more effective one.
