Chapter 242: The Essence of Soul Path

In the sky, Na Li Bo laughed heartily: "Hahaha! External Elder Lu, your battle strength is truly awe-inspiring!"

Lu Zheng smiled faintly: "Clan Head, leave the Void Passage realm experts to me. I will defeat them and end this war"

"Alright!" Na Li Bo did not argue and flew to the Sky realm experts of Qin Clan. Ice Qi blew from his body as he attacked the closest Sky realm expert.

The Sky realm elders of Na Clan also followed Na Li Bo.

Ge Tou Rian and Ma Lanya gazed coldly at Lu Zheng who stood calmly mid-air. Confidence radiated from every pore of his body.

"Do you think that you can kill the three Clan Heads of Qin Clan, Ge Clan and Ma Clan all on your own? Don't make me laugh" Ma Lanya chuckled slightly as water Qi emanated from her body. Battle intent surged like a tsunami from her body.

Ge Tou Rian was reticent in nature. Wind Qi flowed from his body as he took a fighting stance. Qin Fu Liu could no longer use his hands but earth Qi formed around him. Rocks formed and orbited his body.

The three were prepared to fight Lu Zheng.

"It is good that the three of you are filled with battle intent. Come, let me end your lives swiftly" Lu Zheng smiled coldly.

"Hmph!" Ge Tou Rian snorted and his body moved swiftly. He was a wind path expert and could move like the wind. Most people never saw him coming.

However, Lu Zheng wasn't most people. He directly moved towards Ge Tou Rian and punched him in the face.

Exclamation marks appeared in Ge Tou Rian's mind as his vision turned blurry. His body crashed to the ground and broke the back of a rank four White Horned Wolf.

"This…" Ma Lanya was stunned. Water Qi became rivers of water that rushed towards Lu Zheng. Her entire body was surrounded by flowing water that was impossible to fly in. 

She was using offense as defence.

Lu Zheng did not think to stop Ma Lanya. He moved towards Ge Tou Rian and punched the man in the head again. With a heart wrenching crack, Ge Tou Rian's skull was crushed into bloody paste.

The rivers of water crashed on Lu Zheng's body but in an instant, they froze into strong ice. Lu Zheng flew through the ice and appeared before Ma Lanya.

"How did you…?" Before Ma Lanya even got the words out of her mouth, sharp winds cut her into two neat halves.

The two halves burnt into nothingness and her soul was absorbed by the Soul Absorbing Gem. Ge Tou Rian's soul was not spared either.

Lu Zheng hovered in the air before Qin Fu Liu, his lips were curved in a dangerous smile: "Qin Fu Liu, your Qin Clan will be the stepping stone Na Clan needs to grow"

"You bastard!" Qin Fu Liu was completely livid. The rocks around him crashed into Lu Zheng but the moment he thought Lu Zheng had been crushed into blood paste, he felt a cold hand on his neck.

"You lot never learn" Lu Zheng spoke softly. His aura radiated coolly from him, revealing his Acquisition realm cultivation base. 

"First tier… of Acquisition realm…" Qin Fu Liu was filled with regret and fear. He never expected Lu Zheng to have such a high cultivation base.

Lu Zheng added more force to his hands and clamped it. Qin Fu Liu's neck broke with a crisp snap and his head lolled to a side. He was dead.

The Soul Absorbing Gem absorbed Qin Fu Liu's soul and streams of soul energy flowed into Lu Zheng. Normally, when he was cultivating, the streams of soul energy would increase his soul foundation but now, the streams of soul energy would only act as adrenaline to Lu Zheng. This was because he was fighting.
