REMATCH

Li wang was still weak so he again fainted after waking up. The physician applied some ointment on his wound before wrapping up in bandage.

Li wang opened his eyes and looked at the physician. The physician noticed that li wang is awake.

" You wake up. I already treated your wound so you should be fine now. But about you spiritual core it's very weak a little disturbance and it will be gone forever. So be careful." The physician sighed when he heard no response from li wang.

" I am done here. I will be going for now but will be back to check on you from time to time if you stay alive till then."

Li wang was just staring at the roof. The physician gave li wang a last glance and left the room.

" what a stubborn human!" The physician mumbled before leaving.

As soon as the physician left li wang looked at the door which was closed. He slowly tried to get up.

" I need to get out of here as soon as possible." But as he was still weak he groaned while trying to stand up.

But he somehow managed to stand up while shaking. Slowly took his step to the door while shaking.

He was about to open the door but the somebody opened the door before he could.

The door swunged opened showing a tall figure standing on the door.

" where do you think you are going?"

A cold and deep voice was heard. Li Wang stumbled back and was about to fall down. When a pair of strong and muscular hands wrapped around him holding him.

Li wang looked up his eyes widen in shock when his eyes met the cold eyes of Hua Jun.

Hua Jun looked in li wang's eyes not knowing why he saved him from falling this time and earlier too.

He was confused cause his body was moving on his own.

Hua Jun suddenly left li wang and li wang somehow managed to stand back without falling.

" Were you trying to run away from here?"

Hua Jun said while glaring at li wang.

Li wang looked up to meet his gaze his face didn't even show a tint of any fear or hesitation which assumed Hua Jun.

" What do you think I should do then?"

Hua Jun smirked and raised his hand the door closed by itself.

" Do you think you can run away from me this easily. This isn't your playground it's my palace. No body can leave this tower without my permission and by looking at you...."

Hua Jun looked at li wang from head to toe and smirked." I don't think you can even take a step outside of this room."

Li wang clenched his jaw and glared at hua Jun which made Hua Jun smirk wider.

" what happened back there? What happened to my people? " li wang asked.

Hua Jun sighed and passed by him and sat down on the bed crossing his legs.

" Don't worry I didn't kill them. I may not look like but I am true to my words."

Li wang felt some relief after hearing that.

Hua Jun looked at Me confused.

" Don't you wanna know why I brought you here?" Li wang turned toward him.

" I am not sure about your reason behind your words but surely it isn't to treat me and tend to my wounds." Hua Jun laughed at his words.

" You are right that's not the reason why I brought you here. You are just a mere human but you weren't scared of me and fought with me. On top of that you were able to hit me and even broke my sword. After all that why do you think I brought you here."

Hua Jun asked his face went dark.

Li wang couldn't understand what he wanted to say. He stayed silent so Hua Jun again spoke.

" The way you are still standing here with that confidence in your eyes in front of me even after losing most of your spiritual core amuses me."

Hua Jun got up from the bed and walked to him and stood in front of him. Hua Jun was a little taller than li wang. So Hua Jun looked down at li wang.

" I brought you here to destroy you and killed you without mercy with my hands."

As Hua Jun said li wang said calmly.

" you had the chance to kill me when I was unconscious. Why didn't you kill me then?"

" I could have but my motive is just not to kill you. I want to see the fear of death in your eyes. I want to see you beg for your life. That's why I brought you here."

Li wang face didn't even changed changed a bit and said. " I rather die than beg to you. And rather than that i will defeat you so you could never show your face to anyone." Hua Jun guessed his words.

" you are injured and standing in your enemy's territory still you can talk with such audacity."

" This confidence of yours even after you are in this condition wants Me to break it so badly. So just recover fast and after that's let's have a proper battle."

" I Would love to." Li wang said.

" Till then stay here and recover your spiritual core. I don't want to kill you just with one blow." Hua Jun said while he walked passed him to the door.

" you also tend to your wounds. I also want you to be in good Shape. See you soon."

Hua Jun smirked hearing him before leaving the room and again closing the door.

Li Wang sighed and sat down on the bed.

" What should I do now?"

He laid down on the bed and looked up on the roof thinking about something .

Suddenly he remembered there battle.

" He's strong and capable."

Li wang closed his eyes and after that he himself didn't realise when he fell asleep.

Hua Jun was sitting on his thrown lost in his thoughts. That's when man standing bedside him called him.

" My lord...My lord."

Hua Jun snapped out of his thoughts and glared at the man. The man lowered his eyes in fear.

" what is it?" The man hesitantly replied back.

" There have been a lot of complaints lately of a serpent near the lake of hell. It seems a serpent made his way to the demon realm from the hell. The serpent killed many dragon's child till now. This can't be ignored anymore." Hua Jun frowned after hearing the complaint.

" why didn't you tell me earlier?" Hua Jun asked with a angered look. The man was scared for his life. She he bowed down on his knees in front of Hua Jun.

" I am sorry my lord...I didn't informed you earlier because his majesty was busy in the mortal realm so I didn't informed his majesty. Please forgive me my lord." Hua Jun looked at the man In front of him with disgust.

" Is it this easy for you to get on your knees... you disgust me. Get out of my sight "

The man didn't even looked up and ran out from there.

Hua Jun sighed and looked at his hands. Suddenly he remembered how he catches li wang from falling down.

" why my body reacts on its own. It was same that time too." Hua Jun remembered when he catches li wang in mid air preventing him from falling.

" why I am still thinking about him?" Hua Jun shrugged away all his thoughts.

" I am too free that's why I can't stop thinking about useless stuff. Let's get some work done." Hua Jun stood up and straighten his robe.

" let's hunt some filthy snakes." Hua Jun smirked while thinking.
