Chapter 475: Decision

Originally, Finn Lewis wanted to directly distribute dividends, giving them a certain amount of money each year. However, he later thought this method might create some good-for-nothings like Jason Wells. So, he decided to arrange jobs for them instead.

Although most of his elders lacked education, his eldest uncle was a college student, and his two younger uncles were educated and capable of doing some work. His brother-in-laws and sisters were also university graduates, so there was no problem there.

Finn Lewis could also find suitable jobs for everyone else - this was certainly better than them doing nothing at home. Simply giving them money without assigning them tasks was definitely not healthy.

"Well, Finn, I know you mean well for us, but you only need to arrange things for your sisters and brother-in-laws. We don't know how to do much, so we won't be of much help to your company. We won't add to your burden," some family members protested.
