Chapter 1742: Chaotic Times

This was a large, cluttered courtyard. Once he entered, Peter Brown saw groups of people squatting around, chatting leisurely.

"Good to see you, Mr. Campbell."

"Mr. Campbell is coming?"

As Kane Nelson led Peter inside, everyone stood up and respectfully greeted them, nodding and at the same time casting curious glances at Peter.

Kane Nelson nodded slightly and said, "This is Peter Brown, Guest Minister. The Honorable Magistrate personally appointed him as a Second Class Guest Councilor. Get to know him."

As a result, all eyes turned to Peter.

Peter could tell that these people were not exactly thrilled about his arrival.

Peter wasn't concerned about their opinions, though, and continued to follow Kane Nelson further inside.
