Ingrid's wide-eyed gaze lingered on Caym for a moment, her expression a mixture of surprise and disbelief. But as quickly as it came, her initial shock gave way to a steely determination. With a firm press of her lips to a thin line, she narrowed her eyes and leveled a glare at Caym that could have frozen fire.

Suddenly, without warning, Ingrid's hand shot up, her fingers aiming squarely for Caym's forehead. With precision born of indignation, she flicked his forehead back, the motion swift and decisive.

Caym met her glare with raised brows, a smirk forming on his lips despite the unexpected retaliation.

"Well," Caym remarked, his smirk widening into a grin. "Seems the princess has a bit of fire in her after all."
