Chapter 12

I nod my head in agreement with him as we walk back to our rooms. I as always flew above the land of Serendia before taking a fast shower changed into my nightwear.I threw myself on my bed and fell asleep. The next day i woke up early to take a bath. As i put my clothes on, i heard my bedroom door open. 'Elliana.' Kevin says as i turn around. 'Hey...did you sleep well last night?' I asked. He nodded with a soft smile. 'I'm glad.' I smiled.

Kevin smiles before hugging me gently. He was really tall compared to me. Like i was only a 5 foot 3 inch tall and Kevin was over 6 feet tall. He wrapped his arms around me and held me close for about 15 minutes, till i pushed him away from me with a shy smile. He smiled widely and leaned in kissing my cheek. 'Breakfast is ready.' He tells me. 'Okay thanks.' I said following him downstairs where everyone already sat together at the table. 'So what is the plan for today??' I asked him while taking a bite of my breakfast. He smiled widely at me. 'Well you dont need to be scared right?' I nodded my head no, but my heart was still beating fast because of yesterday. I watched him as he was eating his food and waited patiently for the answer to my question. Finally Kevin spoke. 'You are going to go shopping with me.' He finished with a large smile. I just stared at him in confusion. 'What?? Why?' I asked him. He continued to smile wider and chuckled softly. 'Because we are going to buy you some new clothes!' He explained in an excited tone. I looked at everyone else at the table before looking back at Kevin. 'But...I don't understand why i need new clothes. This one is fine.' I told him.

Kevin laughed and grabbed my hand making me blush. 'Don't worry about that.' He said. 'Come on.' He said while eating. After we finished the breakfast we placed the plates in the kitchen and thanked for the food. He pulled me to the garage and dragged me to the carrige. He opened the door and motioned for me to get in and I did. He got in as well and shut the door behind him. After turning off the engine, he turned me and looked at me with a smile. The carrige started to move and i putted the hood on my head to cover my face. I got curios and looked out of the window. The whole way to the market was beautiful. The people that saw the carriege they waved and smiled. Kevin did the same. I waved shyly to them and they looked surprised but soonly they smiled. I was shocked and i felt welcome by thier reaction. It made me smile brightly. Kevin saw me smile and gave me a big hug. 'See! These are the kind of people you are gonna end up loving.' He told me smiling sweetly at me. 'Thank you.' I mumbled. The carriege stopped and i looked out. We had entered an market with multiple shelves full of shoes, dresses, hats and other pretty stuff. Kevin got out of the carriege first and i follow him out. I closed the hood and went over to him. I grab his hand and walk towards the market i was looking at the first thing i see, shoes. 'What type of shoes did you want to buy?' He asked me. 'Hm? Oh. Um...a black pair of boots..with heels and.....' I began to say. He cut me off, 'How about a couple of pairs?' He suggested. 'Won't that be to much?' I asked worried. He chuckled and shook his head. 'No, it won't.' He assured me. I smiled at him and he helped me pick out some shoes. He told me to try them on and i did so. Soon i found a cute pair of boots to wear. 'Those ones would look amazing on you!' He exclaimed. I chuckled. 'Thank you.' I said happily and we headed towards the clothes section. We looked through the racks and I picked out some clothes and tried them on. We both looked at each other smiling. 'Wow.....i can't believe i finally got you to choose clothes for yourself.' He said smiling. I smiled shyly at him. The people around us did stare at me but didn't do much. Some people greeded me and are sweet. I saw how people hav fun. By dancing and singing. It was an amazing morning. We got hungry after some time and decided to go to a cafe.
