Chapter 14

'I really like her uncle....' I told him. He smiled at me before puttin his tea cup down and looked at me seriously. I got bit scared to be honest. 'Do you see a feature with her?' He asked me and i felt my ears turn red. I softly nodded because i don't trust my voice. He nodded in approval. 'Keep her close. And love her with everything you have.' He spoke up with a soft smile. 

Elliana POV

I slowly woke up on my bed, i sat up and i stretched out before getting out of my bed and out of my room when i made sure i look well. I walked around and try to find Kevin. I walked to one of the maids and asked her 'Hello ma'am....did you see Kevin?' 'Oh yes miss! He went out to the garden.' She replied with a smile. My brow rose in surprise. I was curious and i followed her lead. I walked out the castle and made my way to the garden. And there he was with the king. They both are talking and did not notice me yet. I watched them for a bit and i think they dont realize i am here. I walked closer to them and they both suddenly stopped and looked at me. 'Hello.' I greeted. They smiled at me and said, 'Hello.' Kevin took my head and kissed my hang makin me blush and giggle. I sat down next to Kevin and he wrapped his arm around me. The king and my uncle laughed together. I joined in the laughter and they started telling stories about each others childhood. I listened to their stories fascinated with them. I was happy that they shared them with me. It was nice to see them like this. I could feel Kevin tighten the arm around me as if to hold me close and make sure i stay safe. They talked for hours and eventually we decided to go inside because it was getting colder and darker. When we walked inside the castle we got greeted by the staff and we did greet them back. We walked to the dinner room and we saw that the dinner was just placed on the table. We three sat down and began to eat. After the dinner we cleaned up and the king got up and told us 'goodnight and sleep well.' before walking into his room. After a hour i went outside and i flew up. I started singing above Serendia and sang most of the people. When i was done singing and checking up on the people i went back to the castle and kevin was waiting by the door for me and i got shocked, trying to find a excuse he raised his hand up and said with a soft smile 'I know it's you who is singing in the night. I saw you yesterday flying off.' I blushed and looked away. 'Aaaaaa i go caught ><' I thought to myself. He walked up to me and pulled me into a hug and i melted in his arms. I know he is smiling and he kissed my head.
