Colour drained from my face and I'm about to react to the photo when my room suddenly erupts with a loud bang. 


'What was that?' Johnny yelled and stared behind me. 


'There!' Johnny pointed at Levi's window opposite mine. 


From where I stood, I could see shadows moving behind Levi's window. That was when I knew something was wrong. The noise was coming from over there. I have to see what going on. 


'Charlotte!' Johnny called after me but I ignored him, making way downstairs. 


Getting downstairs, I find the front door opened ajar. Mum, dad and grandma are outside. 


'Charlotte!' Mum calls after me when I run toward the Wright's.
