'We're expecting another invasion.'

Those few simple words lit up the whole Border Patrol Office.

The idea that they might be facing yet another invasion caused all of the relevant staff to get their hands on everything they possibly could. The surveillance was working overtime, soldiers were double-checking the security measures, and staff were moving mountains just to get things into their proper places and order.

Cedric himself was also on surveillance duty. He was confirming if the suspicion was sound and not a false alarm.

"The general Void Density levels have reached level 5 across the board. We also have confirmed vigorous movement of Void Creatures at the edge of our surveillance area. Based on their movements, we estimate that they're gathering in one place, which is at the Heart of the Void," one of the staff reported.
