There lived a tyrant



A ghost king,who emerged victorious from fighting over thousands and thousands of ghosts in one go


And on the day the divine heaven regarded as the one day the sun shines the brightest,what should've been bright and warm,became dark and cold,for it is also that day that the tyrant emerged victorious claiming the title Ghost king,the 5th of the heavenly calamity,the heaven shook for 6 incense time that day




"What does the ghost king look like granny?"the grandchild ask innocence burning in his eyes as it sparkled,so his grandmother says




They say he is like ice,skin so pale he looked like a dead body pulled from the depth of ocean,hair frosty white that almost came down to hide his eyes,and his eyes......one look at his eyes and you accept you fate,for his eyes screamed death,a sorrowful mourn of the dead,as if his eyes contains death itself

Oh!and people says he has holes on his face too

"Really granny? that's not true right?"


"Who knows?but it's time for you to go to bed now,or else he will come"His granny tickles his toes, giggle bursting out

"B-but granny, you've never told me his name"


No one knows his name actually,but since his story came and reached the farthest of land,he was known to be called "Graceful white death",for the chilling breeze and the freezing cold announced his presence,

And it is said even the sun would freeze in fear of him

The group made their decision to journey to the place known as firefly graveyard where they hoped to meet a certain ghost

A plan was made for Yuanhe and Meixiu to stay back and return to the heavenly palace,their job is to act as spies and do whatever they can to relay information and put a stop to the assassination of Lihui

Zemin will also join them later,when asked why that is all he said was "need to do something" Lihui think he just want to look cool

Chanjuan also tried to get Bojing to stay back and return to the heavenly palace but a fight almost occurred so for everyone's well being it is decided that Lihui will be accompanied by 2 powerful and scary ghost and a disciplinarian god,how fun!

Lihui still doesn't trust Yichen that much,putting aside the fact that he is literally a ghost king,but that really irks him is that Yichen seems to stare at him a lot,and with a dumb smile too,Lihui sometimes feels a chill running throughout his body from his stare

But nonetheless,here they are walking like normal people since using a transportation array or magic will most definitely alert unwanted people

One day,Lihui and Bojing stares ahead while Chanjuan and Yichen follows, a bit of space between them

It was particularly warm that day so Lihui was feeling a little light headed

Bojing noticed this and quickly reaches his arm around Lihui, supporting his steps as much as he could

"Please don't push yourself!" Bojing scolds lightly

"Don't you worry I am a god!" with a bright smile on his face Lihui replied

Bojing face drop for a quick instance so quick only Yichen caught it, but was soon changed to a smile, as bright as Lihui "mmn" Bojing hummed

As their step continued Lihui suddenly felt a nice breeze beside him, as he look he is met with a pair of Jewel staring at him

"Tsk, how foolish, the gods did this to you and you still held those fools in such high standards"

Bojing knows Yichen's insult is fair, he knows the heavenly Palace is nowhere near righteous as he would like it to be

But he felt Lihui squeeze his arm so he stops

"Yichen I understand you must hate gods, and rightfully so but please try to understand that we are gods too, your insults to them is to us too" Lihui speaks

Yichen opened his mouth to say something but Lihui doesn't give him time

"And I also understand that we might be lover in the past, however that is in the past, I am sorry but I hold no feelings for you whatsoever as I am now"

Lihui feels himself slowly getting hotter in the cheeks, such words is not normal for him, he look ahead so he doesn't have to stare at Yichen's hopeful eyes anymore

A hand grabbed his arm, stopping him from walking forward "I have no intention to dishonour your attitude toward the gods before you regain your memories"

Yichen stares at him with so much light in his eyes, as if he tried to melt whatever he felt like in Lihui "but what I want for you to understand is that I do know that you have no feelings for me as of now, but I love you, and my love does not require your love back"

And he release his grip on his arm go to walk ahead
