"A GRADUATION trip with your middle school friends? And you plan to stay with them for the whole weekend?" Nikolai asked, trying to hide the fact that he didn't like the idea. "Where did you say you're going to?"

His family was having breakfast that morning when Neoma suddenly announced her vacation plans.

Fortunately, since it was the weekend, Nero was home.

"You may not have heard of it since it's a small fishing village in Gwang-do," Neoma said excitedly. "It's in Pohang City, just four hours away from Seoul. We'll play in the beach and celebrate the opening of my friend's family's seafood restaurant there."

"Paige, Juri, and Greko," Neoma answered. "They're my best friends."

"Greko?" Nikolai asked, knitting his eyebrows. "That boy who stood up for you when you were accused of bullying? Isn't he a hoobae then? Why are you bringing a hoobae to your graduation trip?"
