"NERO IS sick?" Neoma asked worriedly after hearing what her mother said on the other line while they were talking on the phone. "Then I'll go home, Eomma."

<"You don't have to, sweetie. Your brother didn't want us to tell you that he's sick because he wanted you to enjoy with your friends. But I thought I should still let you know.">

"Thank you for telling me, Eomma," she said, then she sighed. "How am I supposed to goof around with my friends if my twin brother is sick?"

<"To be fair, it's only a slight fever. Your Aunt Areum and Uncle Gavin are looking after Nero right now. So, don't worry too much about your brother. He'll be upset if you suddenly go home, so play with your friends for a bit.">

She didn't want to admit this, but her mother was right.

[Knowing Nero's personality, I'm sure he just doesn't want me to see him sick.]

"Is it really okay if I don't go home to take care of Nero, Eomma?"
