I was a horrible husband, and a scumbag father.

I wanted to die with Mona and Neoma.

And, just when I thought I could finally be reunited with them, I opened my eyes and realized I turned back time.

I returned at the exact moment Mona and I were in the middle of discussing divorce.

Divorce?

No way in hell would Nikolai divorce Mona this time!

AS A FATHER, Nikolai wanted to set a good example for Nero and Neoma.

Hence, he stopped himself from throwing a punch at Liam Yoo earlier.

But now that Liam Yoo was clearly picking a fight with him, it was clear that he made a bad decision.

[I should just teach Nero and Neoma that violence is SOMETIMES needed.]

Still, he held back because Rufus Baek was there.

Rufus was the only 'hyung' he respected because the man was kind and patient.

Hence, Nikolai just listened as Liam Yoo kept yelling at him.

"Why aren't you saying anything?" Liam Yoo asked, obviously annoyed by Nikolai's silence. "It's because I'm right, isn't it? I'm right!"

[Okay, maybe running my mouth for a bit wouldn't be so bad.]

Nikolai just rolled his eyes. "It's not my job to stroke your ego, so cry about having a competent wife that you don't deserve."
