GIRLS' DAY OUT (1)

"YOU'RE just going to bother them."

Neoma rolled her eyes at what Nero said after she told her brother to go home without her. "You're just jealous."

"Why would I be jealous?" Nero retorted. "I've already met Mrs. Nam plenty of times before. I even had a sleepover at their house before."

She let out a loud gasp. "You traitor!"

"Hey, we weren't living together back when we were in middle school, so you can't call me that."

"Tsk."

"I was there, too," Hanna said proudly. "It was a group project and we all decided to sleep at Winter's house. Of course, the girls and the boys had separate rooms."

"Then you got to spend time with Miss Tilly?"

Hanna smiled and nodded. "Mrs. Nam prepared breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner for us."

"I'm jealous," Neoma said, pouting. And then she turned to Winter who was quietly eating next to her. "Hey. I want to sleep over at your house, too."
