Drive. 2

When they were out of the house, Aiden took out his car keys from his fanny pack and opened his red Bentley. He opened the front seat and assisted Kai in before he went around and got into the drivers seat.

"So where do you wanna go first?" He asked with a bright smile plastered on his face. Before Kai could reply, Aiden heard the low stomach growl from the boy beside him and he chuckled,

"You're hungry, I know just the place."

Aiden leaned over to Kai and the latter drew in his breath at their sudden close proximity. Aiden noticed this and decided to tease him a little... he inched his face closer to his and smiled when the boy shut his eyes tightly as if expecting something.

When kai heard him laugh softly, he flung his eyes open and with a small frown on his face. He was indeed cute, Aiden thought as he drew the seat belt of the car seat and buckled the boy in. When he was done, he didn't move away and instead just stared at Kai with a straight face, still maintaining their closeness,

"I like you, Kai, and I'd like it if you'd like me back... I'm not gonna hurt you ever, so please trust me." Aiden said and kai nodded. He then placed a small kiss on Kai's forehead with much tenderness as a smile played on his face. Just then, the realisation hit him... he had blurted out those words without even thinking, and now that he realised what he had just said, his face flushed tomato red. Still not wanting to show the adrenaline that had just pumped itself through him, Aiden carefully moved back to his seat with a steady gaze...

'WHAT THE FUCK DID I JUST SAY?! WAS THAT A CONFESSION!! AHHHHH! AIDEN WHAT THE FUCK! THAT WAS SO CHEESY!'

"Well then, let's go." Aiden said with a straight face and his most composed smile. He then turned on the car and drove out of the garage way.

The road was quite free since it was a Sunday and everyone were home resting so Aiden decided to make the best of it, he opened up the sunroof of the car to let the enthusiastic merman have a better look of his new surrounding. The sky was a vibrant shade of blue and the trees surrounding them were at full glory. Kai was about to stand before he glanced back at Aiden waiting for him to approve whether it was okay and the other nodded.

The strong yet cool breeze that caressed his face felt wonderful, his long blonde hair stuck to his face from the hard breeze but he didn't mind it at all.

Aiden stole glances at the overly joyed merman who was giggling to himself while standing in an open car. HE IS SO CUTE!

Finally they arrived at the main town, the people on the streets were scarce and the town was much more appealing than on the busy weekdays.

The taller buildings around them were all projecting ads of perfumes and other luxuries and on the close surrounding were convenience stores, cafes and others. The car came to a stop by the parking spot on the side of the road and Aiden stepped down before Kai followed, this time, he opened the car door on his own.

When they both stood by each other, kai couldn't help but notice the small stares directed at them but Aiden seemed to not give a deal about it,

"Come on, we're here." Aiden said and slid his large hand in kai's, entwining their fingers. With Kais current look, it was easy to say that they were a cute couple out on a sunday walk.

Aiden pulled Kai along while still keeping in mind his unstable legs until they reached a close by restaurant that read bon à petite.

They stepped into the restaurant and the doorbell jingled, signalling its staff that a customer had arrived. It wasn't as busy as the weekdays since everyone comes here because their breakfast meal sets are chef's kiss.

They picked a table by the glass floor-to-ceiling window so Kai could have a better view of the city while enjoying his meal.

When Aiden noticed kai staring blankly at the menu that was earlier handed to them, he called on the waiter and ordered what he felt the merman needed to taste... steak.

If Martha ever found out they ate out while she was still alive, they wouldn't hear the last of it.

When the freshly grilled spicy steak arrived, the aroma was enough to have the merman drool. He picked up the fork and followed Aidens lead, stabbing it into the steak and using the knife to divide it into small pieces... seeing that the boy had no chance of success, he handed him his already sliced steak and took his.

When Kai took one into his mouth, the spicy yet sweet flavour exploded in his mouth, and a wide smile appeared on his face,

"It's good, right?" Aiden asked, obviously proud of his choice of food

"Mmhmmmm!" Kai replied with swollen cheeks as he tried to chew on the numerous slices he had fixed in his mouth at the same time.

"Slow down so you won't choke. And if you wanna pee, let me know, and don't pee on yourself."

Kai nodded still with his smile intact, not feeling the least embarrassed that he had peed on the man in front of him.

When they were done with their meals. Aiden settled the bills, and they both left to the next store Aiden had in mind, a boutique.

It was a branch of his father's many businesses. Aiden didn't like the special treatment but he did like the clothes they sold, so every once in a while, he'd go buy some and insisted he'd pay for them.

"Oh, Mr. Aiden, I didn't know you'd be dropping by today, " one of the sales ladies said when she caught sight of the young man who had just walked in.

She was of average height and had bronze coloured hair but what would steal all the attention was her overly sized bust that jiggled with every movement she made and the fitted uniforms did not help matters in the slightest.

"Mr? What am I, eighty years old? I told you not to call me that, Aiden is fine." Aiden said with an indifferent tone and an expressionless face.

Honorific made him feel awfully old and that was why he had told Martha not to address him as young master, and besides, they weren't some joseon dynasty¹ descendants, so it was just weird.

"You see anything you like?" Aiden said to Kai, who was hidden behind his broad frame. When the sales woman's gaze fell on the boy, an obvious scowl appeared on her face,

"Oh, you brought a friend." She asked with a feigned smile directed towards Kai.

"Yeah, so get him anything he stares at for more than a minute." Aiden ordered.

The word 'him' sunk into the womans head, and her eyes widened, it's a boy...?!

For a boy, he looked even prettier than most girls, especially dressed like that, AND HOW CAN A BOY HAVE SUCH PRETTY LEGS WHEN SHE WAS STUCK WITH SHORT CHUBBY ONES?!

"Yah.." Aidens deep voice interrupted her thoughts. When she turned to look up at him, the smile that was on her face was immediately replaced by fright when her green eyes met with his murderous golden brown ones... if he was scary before, right now he was deadly,

"Don't stare and don't touch." He said in a low growl, and the lady instantly nodded, trembling.

"Yes, this way, please." Said the brunette to kai while hurrying to get away from Aiden.

She led kai to the male section to pick out his taste, completely ignoring his present attire. "These are the smallest sizes of mens wear we have. From your figure, they should fit you perfectly." She said to Kai still with a look of disdain on her face.

She felt the more vexed when the boy showed a non-challant attitude towards her. He wasn't even listening to what she was saying!

"Aiden has never brought anyone here before,"

"He's a boy, you know..."

"Really? He's so cute, though..."

"Hey, do you think their dating?"

"Ehhh??!! No wayy, I'd be heartbroken! And besides, Aiden doesn't swing that way."

The whispered voices of the staff filled the wide building, but no one paid mind to anything they were saying

Their conversations also made the brunette wonder what their relationship was but she quickly brushed it off knowing fully well how many girls Aiden had slept with, so much that his father started threatening him that if he got anyone pregnant, he'd quit school and marry them.

He had never once been attracted to a boy, so she still had a chance with him... she smiled to herself.

After staring at the male section and nothing caught his eyes, Kai left the brunette who was lost in her thoughts and made his way to the girls' section. When she saw this, her mouth fell open... was he out of his mind? Why would a guy get clothes from the girls' section? Before the brunette could join kai by the clothe rack, Aiden made his way to where the boy stood and slid his arms around his waist from behind,

Huh?

"What are you doing here? See something you like?" He asked kai, and he nodded, picking out a hanger holding a white hoodie with bunny ears attached to it.

"Ehh? Really?" Asked Aiden, and the boy nodded with a bright smile on his face.

"I guess it'll look really cute on you."

He ruffled the boys hair and then raked his fingers through the long blonde strands, "Should we cut your hair next?" Aiden asked with the brightest smile she had ever seen him wear...

What the hell was she looking at?!
