Thirteen Modesty

After arriving in Japan, I became a high school student named Kamiyagawa. Looking around—
Hanako crouched in the bathroom, waiting for someone to knock on the door; the Split-Mouth Woman wandered the streets with scissors in hand; Miss Mary's deathly calls echoed incessantly; the wails and barks in Inunaki Village never ceased; the Ubume searched for her long-dead child; the Aoandon smiled, enticing passersby to play with the lanterns of a hundred demons…
In a crumbling world rampant with sinister tales and malevolent spirits, Kamiyagawa set a small goal for himself:
"Defeat all the demons and monsters, and become the supreme ruler of ghosts and deities."

I Loaded Kaidan Game

The damp and dark Inunaki Tunnel was filled with flickering shadows.


Messy footsteps and the sound of metal scraping against stone echoed ceaselessly, accompanied by the snorting breaths of a wild beast and the grinding of teeth.


The only source of light in the entire tunnel came from Kamiyagawa's mobile phone flashlight.


The pale beam of light moved frantically, sometimes illuminating several unfamiliar and wooden faces, and sometimes a few axes glinting with a cold light.


Strides leapfrogged distance, and the blade bisected time.


In a pitch-black corner not illuminated by the light, the sound of metal colliding rang out.


It was a Bloodstained Chopper clashing against an axe.


The momentum of the chopper was fierce and unmatched, knocking the heavier wood-cutting axe that should have held the advantage in the collision, right out of the way.
