Although it seemed a bit strange to emphasize this point, it still made sense.
In any amusement park, it certainly isn't allowed for visitors to beat up the manager.
But, if Kamiyagawa wanted to change the rules to "No breathing" or "No living" within the park,
that would be unacceptable.
No amusement park would ever force visitors to die inside.
That's illogical.
"Because of this layer of logic, the 'No attacking the park's manager' rule used by Ryozo Itakura is probably the best way to utilize the billboard in battle. It's like a map-wide effective silence, greatly limiting the enemy's combat performance within the park," Kamiyagawa thought to himself during the review.
Sure enough, there must be a reason why those before him chose to use the billboard this way.
"Of course, there may be even better rules to take advantage of this billboard, but Ryozo Itakura didn't think of them, and I haven't thought of them yet either."
But for now, this was more than sufficient.
