Thirteen Modesty

After arriving in Japan, I became a high school student named Kamiyagawa. Looking around—
Hanako crouched in the bathroom, waiting for someone to knock on the door; the Split-Mouth Woman wandered the streets with scissors in hand; Miss Mary's deathly calls echoed incessantly; the wails and barks in Inunaki Village never ceased; the Ubume searched for her long-dead child; the Aoandon smiled, enticing passersby to play with the lanterns of a hundred demons…
In a crumbling world rampant with sinister tales and malevolent spirits, Kamiyagawa set a small goal for himself:
"Defeat all the demons and monsters, and become the supreme ruler of ghosts and deities."

The Breeder's forehead bulged with veins, his voice radiating unrestrained fury.


"That's right, I did it," Kamiyagawa continued with a calm and mocking smile, "Speaking of which, I should thank you. Ryozo Itakura's inheritance is really quite something."


The Breeder lifted the gardener's straight knife engulfed by withered vines and sprinted forward like a specter. In a single breath, he had flashed to Kamiyagawa's side, the gleaming tip of the knife stabbing down viciously!


However, as the blade reached Kamiya's neck, it abruptly stopped.


Within Dreamland Park, an invisible force was preventing the Breeder from landing the blow.


Kamiyagawa swung his hand out in a strike, not forgetting to devastate his opponent with the briefest of words.


Inside Dreamland Park, it was Kamiyagawa's territory. Outsiders were not allowed to launch attacks here, but the master of the park and his vassals could!
