302 Sukiyaki Pot

In the kitchen, Hannya was preparing the sukiyaki pot for tonight's meal.

"Boil kelp in water for five minutes, then add bonito flakes and soak for 20 minutes to make a stock for later use."

"Mix mirin, soy sauce, sake, and sugar to prepare the sauce."

"I see, I see."

Meanwhile, Kamiyagawa was pacing back and forth beside her.

The warm lighting shone down, steam and mist rose up, the clanging of pots and pans mixed with the bubbling of boiling water, creating an indescribable sense of a cozy family atmosphere.

Unlike the cramped kitchen of a low-rent apartment where even cooking alone felt crowded, the new kitchen was spacious, with more than enough room to accommodate an extra person.

Kamiyagawa had intended to help Hannya, but she looked down on his cooking skills and wouldn't let him get involved.

"Tch!"

Furthermore, probably annoyed by Kamiyagawa loitering around, Hannya eventually pushed him out of the kitchen.
