Thirteen Modesty

After arriving in Japan, I became a high school student named Kamiyagawa. Looking around—

In a crumbling world rampant with sinister tales and malevolent spirits, Kamiyagawa set a small goal for himself:
"Defeat all the demons and monsters, and become the supreme ruler of ghosts and deities."

This exploration only took ten minutes before Kamiya found the first room.


The room was ordinary, without much to be said, and it appeared to be an extremely normal hotel room.


In room 327, Kamiya once again saw the dried black ink writings: "Don't look around carelessly. Especially do not look up."


He compared it to the photos in his phone's album.


Kamiya realized that this line of writing was the same as the one left in the room at the Ashiarai Yashiki, likely written by the same person.


"It seems that apart from myself, there are a few 'human'-like beings moving around in The Living Fish Inn."


Kamiya thought of the "man" he had seen in the Rain Woman's room.


He now speculated that those "people" might be dying over and over again in The Living Fish Inn, and reviving repeatedly.


Then those "people" used their "single death experiences" to leave behind something akin to "advice" in and out of the rooms.
