Thirteen Modesty

After arriving in Japan, I became a high school student named Kamiyagawa. Looking around—
Hanako crouched in the bathroom, waiting for someone to knock on the door; the Split-Mouth Woman wandered the streets with scissors in hand; Miss Mary's deathly calls echoed incessantly; the wails and barks in Inunaki Village never ceased; the Ubume searched for her long-dead child; the Aoandon smiled, enticing passersby to play with the lanterns of a hundred demons…
In a crumbling world rampant with sinister tales and malevolent spirits, Kamiyagawa set a small goal for himself:
"Defeat all the demons and monsters, and become the supreme ruler of ghosts and deities."

Kamiyagawa was no longer interested in what would happen next in this kitchen.


"Yes, Mr. Strange Tales, please do as you wish."


Indeed, Miyauchi Chiyu had no intention of opposing Kamiyagawa.


What the outsider Strange Tales wanted to do in The Living Fish Inn, he truly didn't care much about.


"Oh, and about the inn's master. His name is Yamamoto Gorōzaemon, originally the Demon Lord of Mount Kumamoto. I don't know if you've heard of his story. There's not much else I know, I've only seen him once. He's very burly, dressed in crimson Samurai armor," Miyauchi shared the information about the inn's master as per their earlier agreement.
