The problem now is that Kamiyagawa neither understands animation production nor the management of a company; he is a complete outsider.

Besides, he has a lot of things to keep him busy normally, and it simply isn't possible for him to manage the studio personally.

"A small studio should allow me to be a hands-off owner, right? All I need is to find someone to manage it for me. This person has to have excellent management skills and a deep understanding of the animation industry, and most importantly, be extremely loyal.
