Tokyo Metropolis, Chiyoda District.
The Budokan is located here.
The octagonal Budokan is a facility built by Japan to promote traditional martial arts, providing venues for judo, kendo, karate, and budo. Nowadays, it is also frequently used for a variety of concerts or live performances, both big and small.
Around eight o'clock in the morning, Kamiyagawa arrived here, dressed rather formally in a shirt and tie.
There were many people of the same age around the Budokan, some moving alone and others gathering in small groups. Most of them were dressed more formally than Kamiyagawa, with nearly all wearing suit jackets.
Many people were distributing flyers, one every few steps, with content regarding hiring student tutors, as well as various qualification examination agencies.
Today, for the entire day, Tokyo University will hold its opening ceremony here at the Budokan.
In the morning, it will be for the undergraduate programs, and in the afternoon, for the graduate schools.
