Shrine Of The DEAD Part 6

Saeko's heart was racing as she panted in anticipation. She knelt in front of Takashi with her shirt hanging open as he stared at her, waiting for her to make the next move. A small, somewhat coy smile crossed her face as she reached up and pushed her open shirt off her shoulders, letting it sensually side down her arms and off. She noticed Takashi swallow nervously at the sight of her being nearly topless, with only her bra to hide her from his gaze, and she resisted the urge to chuckle.

"See something you like?" she asked, attempting to playfully flirt.

Takashi blushed and looked away. "Saeko… this wasn't my intention when…"

She felt herself blush as well, but she didn't back down. Instead, she reached out and placed her hand over his, looking at him with desire shining in her eyes. "It's your turn now. I want to see you too."

She saw him hesitate. For a moment, she wondered if he was thinking about Rei. She knew the basics of their relationship. The two of them had been a couple, but them she had dumped him in order to hook up with his best friend, Hisashi, apparently because she hadn't been satisfied with their relationship; something about Takashi being too indecisive and not interesting enough for her.

What a load of nonsense. How could anyone think that Takashi wasn't interesting? Saeko, for one, had always found him to be interesting, even before the zombie invasion and they really started getting to know each other. And too indecisive? He was a teenager. What teenager wasn't indecisive and unsure about their future? That was completely normal.

Perhaps it was the lack of communication that had really drove them apart; Rei had become more reserved ever since she had been held back a year. But instead of just ditching Takashi and rubbing her new boyfriend in his face as to what she thought a proper boyfriend should be like the way she had, Rei should have talked to him and the two of them should have worked things out together. That's what real couples did. Saeko may have been inexperienced in love and relationships, but she did understand that much. Just how shallow and self-centered could a person be?

But breakup or not, Saeko knew that Takashi still had feelings for Rei, even after the way she had trampled all over his heart and cast him aside; she was his first love after all. But still, it seemed that fate had provided Saeko with this opportunity to take her relationship with him to a new level. Whatever feelings he still had for Rei, the two of them were not together now, even though Hisashi hadn't survived. And she was not going to let this chance go to waste.

Saeko had had her own intense and rapidly growing feelings for Takashi. She could sense that there was something between them, something that was growing stronger by the day, something that had the potential to become something great. And, truthfully, while she did feel sorry for Rei, since she knew the girl still had feelings for Takashi as well, even though she had been the one to breakup with him, Saeko wanted Takashi for herself. She wanted him to choose her over Rei, and she was willing to fight for his heart.

But that's not what this was. Here in this shrine, Saeko was simply acting out on her desire. She wanted Takashi, badly. And based on the way he had kissed her and touched her, not to mention the raw lust she saw in his eyes, he wanted her just as much. So she couldn't help but wonder if his hesitation may have been due to whatever feelings he still had for Rei.

As it turned out, Saeko was way off base. Rei was the furthest thing on Takashi's mind right now. What had him hesitating was his own shyness. This was his first time going this far with a girl; he and Rei had never gone this far. And what he was feeling for Saeko, what he was doing with her, it was overwhelming.

At her request though, he turned back to her, seeing her stare at him in open want and anticipation. After a few moments though, he stood up and stripped off his shirt, tossing it aside. He felt self-conscious at first, but then he watched as Saeko's eyes widened as they traveled over his chiseled chest appreciatively. There was a hungry look in her gaze that made his heart beat rapidly. The look told him that she very much liked what she saw, and her reaction made him smirk confidently.

"Do you see something you like?" he asked teasingly, throwing her own words back at her.

She smiled in amusement. "I do."
