Sira, the Cosmic Harmonist, couldn't hide her enthusiasm. "The Ethereal Council is a cosmic confluence of wisdom and cosmic understanding. It's where the boundaries between cosmic dimensions blur, allowing for the exchange of cosmic knowledge."
