CHAPTER 44

A table laid of a delicious variety of food types and sorts, Milo was sitting on the left side of Lousy, who was tooking a sip from her orange juice. Slowly, Alianor sat by himself; there wasn't any trace of Rafael.

"When will your father return from his work trip?" Louis asked Alianor, who was busy with his phone. He raised his eyes to Erika, who had just come.

"After a day or two, anyway, he will let me know when he will come back later." Alianor uttered as Erika placed herself against him. Lousy gazed at Erika, who seemed to have confidence in herself; she was eating like those high-class noble women.

"Any news about Rafael?" Lousy said while her gaze never left Erika's face, which froze as she heard Rafael's name. Alianor nodded his head in agreement.

"He will be here by this evening; I had called him." Alianor lied because he didn't find Rafael, and if he told the truth, there would be a great mess since Rafael was the favorite child of his father.
