"Sir, the situation is truly worsening. We've received additional information indicating that the perpetrator of Miss Redma's murder is not a single person but several individuals," Mr. Smith said with a mysterious tone.

"After examining the crime scene, we found two bullets. One was lodged in the exterior wall near the window," Smith added, while Rafael turned to listen carefully.

A hint of concern lifted from his heart; he was confident that Erika would never kill anyone.

"As for the other bullet, it was stuck in your staircase. It seems the first shot missed its mark, but the second one was successful in killing Redma. Regarding the third, it was aimed at you precisely, but a targeting error caused it to lodge in your desk," Mr. Smith added, sending him some images of the bullet trajectories.
