Chapter 43 :Nightmare

THIRD POV～

 Two girls can be seen holding each other the one with the brown hair holding onto the other's hand fear evident on her beautiful angel like face.

 ''Let's not go Serene''She whispers trembling while grasping tightly onto Serene's arm.

 Serene looks at her a determined gaze on her face.

 ''We have to go Ara''And with that tugs the girl towards her while looking around the place with cold eyes.

 PRESENT

 Serene can be seen tossing and turning around on the bed sweat gistening on her forward as she gasps trying to hold onto something,anything really.

 She suddenly shoots up from the bed almost falling from the queen sized bed fear and regret in her eyes.

 ''Fuck it''Serene mutters before standing up from her position on the king sized bed and walks towards the bathroom her fists clenched in anger.

 It has been long since she had this nightmare or anyother hunting nightmare she made sure never to be alone in other to chase her demons away but it just seems to cling onto her.

 Walking into the bathroom she slips off the red coloured silk nightwear and tossed it aside before entering the shower glass.

 A huge shower LED is stationed on the ceiling and with a flick of some buttons it soon comes raining down on her an a satisfied sigh escapes her lips.

 Done with her shower Serene walks towards the rack containing her robes and shrugs on a white fluffy tobe that stops just above her knees before moving towards the vanity there which contains her lotions and other things.

 After rubbing some on her skin which is already glowing in perfection.

 Looking at her face in the mirror a lot of conflicted feelings stir in her and she fights the urge to scream or throw something at the mirror.

This nightmare once again reminded her about her plan and why she really needs not to put any form of love or affection in front of her and what she needs is revenge. 

Everybody's revenge.

 Using the door connected to her walk in closet she steps inside and starts starring at the racks upon racks of clothes that go on for ages before settling for a dark emerald off the shoulder dress that stops just above her knees and is tight on the chest area and flowy from the waist down to the top of her knee.

 Taking out silver coloured heels with straps, a silver clutch,and silver missed with emerald dangling earrings and a choker necklace she steps out and lays them down on her bed.

 She sits in front of the vanity in front of her bed on the other side of her room and starts doing her makeup keeping it simple and natural.

 After that she takes out a black coloured thong and puts it on.

 After getting dresses and putting her long hair in a high ponytail she walks out after putting all the necesities in her clutch before taking the car keys to a green ferarri and going towards her garage.

 Soon the car arrives at the appointed restuarant and she steps out throwing the key to the valet at the door nodding at the man who looks no older than forties in a black ironed suit.

 ''Good afternoon miss De vitto''The manager greets his body trembling in slight excitement at the sight of serene.

 Serene smiles at the man and nods her head at his greeting.

She can already guess why the man looks to excited to see her as the scandles that sorrounds her these days did make her an interesting celebrity.

 She hardly accepted job offers and only did so when she finds something interesting or is bored.

 The work lining up for her were so much she asked Issabella to remove almost all.

 ''Table under Romano''Serene says and the man instantly lets out a short laugh and starts leading the way to the private room.

 The people dinning outside are all from wealthy family and some turned to look at Serene with most of the men gaping at her beauty and the women sighing in envy.

 The silver coloured heels clicks against the wooden flooring of the restuarant and from the sound one can tell it is a very expensive wood.

 They stop in front of the private room and the man opens the door for Serene who enters inside.

''Mommy''Bella instantly screams running towards Serene her hair put into two cute pigtails highlighting her cute baby face that makes people swoon and want to do everything for her.

The white princess dress she is wearing compliments her beautiful milky skin and makes her appear like a little princess.

 Serene instantly opens her arms wide and hugs the little girl tightly wrapping her arms around her and places a kiss on her cheeks.

 ''How are you my baby''Serene asks Bella who wraps her arms around her neck.

 ''I am fine mommy''Bella replies and pouts ''You forgot about me mommy''She complains and Serene and Nathaniel chuckle at the little girls antics.

 Serene sets her down on her lap and soon the waiters and waitresses enter to serbve them rtheir food and desert as Bella wants an icecream dish.

 After serving everything they makes a little bow and walk out of the room only to start gossiping.

 ''Isn't that Serene''One asks.

 ''My God she looks so pretty like a queen''

''They look so cute''

 ''I heard the little girl call her mommy'' They however move from the door in fear of being heard.

 Serene sits with Nathan and Bella and after eating their meals they decided on going to the park where Bella will have the opportunity to play with her mates and they could also talk.

 Stepping out of the private room with his arm wrapped around Serene's waist and the other holding Bella they stop in their steps when the door to the opposite private room opens and Lorenzo steps out Shelly behind him.

 Serene and Lorenzo stand there starring at each other with Lorenzo unsure of how to react as the last time they met it didn't go well.

 Serene hwever shocked him by stepping away from Nathans embrace a smile on her face and she steps closer to him wrapping her arms around him and places a kiss on his lips.

 ''How are you Enzo''Serene asks her gazeshifting to Shelly who is furious her fist balled at her side as her face turns red in anger.

 Lorenzo sighs in relief and places his habds on Serene's waist to pull her closer to his body.''I am fine Cara''He whispers and places his mouth close to her ear which makes her shiver''My mother will be hosting a small dinner this evening I hope you attend''He says to which Serene nods and after placing one last kiss on his cheeks she walks away with Nathaniel.

 Lorenzo stands there starring at her longing and pain in his eyes.
