Her scent filled my senses as my claws pierced through my flesh, she's close by I could hear her breathing I want her so bad. I've never felt this much pain in my entire life not even on my first heat. Why wasn't anyone bringing her to me, she's definitely in this house, why isn't she here yet I need to find her, I need to hold her sites in my arms and show her how much I love her, how much I need her, how much I hate her for making everything so damn painful, she was mine from the beginning, mine to protect, my everything. 

BLOOD and CHOCOLATE

Jake sat on the side of the bed using a warm towel to clean Kate's hand. He hasn't left his room since the unlucky incident. Charlie has been bringing him food while the other family members checked on him and kept him company. 


He would always begin a conversation knowing that she could hear him as long as she was still breathing. 


A knock on the door stopped him from his cleaning when Lucas walked in. "Hey" He whispered, glancing at Kate laid on the bed looking pale. 


"Hi" Jake replied, picking back the towel and cleaning in-between her fingers. 


"Thank you". Jake answered with a smile but it quickly turned sadder. 


Lucas sighed sitting beside him. "She's gonna be fine". 


"How do you know? I'm not sure I could live with myself if something happened to Kate". Tears threatened to spill from his eyes.
