Chapter 2

Farhana is exploring search engine for something. And also, we could see her writing something inside her book. She's thinking about something really hard.

"What're you doing?" heard a voice.

Hana look at the voice direction and see Adiff is standing in front.

"Eh, Adiff. What're you doing here? Aren't you going to work?" says Hana.

"It's resting time now." says Adiff, smile slightly.

"Where's your workplace?" Hana ask again.

Adiff is pointing to Starlat Company's office nearby. "I'm working at there." he said.

"Ouh, I heard it's hard to get acceptted to work there. You're lucky." says Hana.

"Yeah, it's just my luck then." says Adiff.

"By the way, I don't see you at the cafe this morning." says Hana.

Adiff smile, scratching his head, "I go to work earlier this morning, there's a suprise meeting" he said.

Hana nods in understanding "It's alright. I understand. You're busy with your work."

"It's not that busy. But it's good to work there." says Adiff.

Adiff ask permission from Hana.

"Can I sit next to you?"

Hana nods and give some space for Adiff to sit. He sits next to her, keeping a gap between them.

"For now, how is your song?" he said.

Hana look at him and reply "I don't get any idea, like others."

Adiff nods in understanding.

"What kind of song do you want to do?" says Adiff.

"I don't quite sure. Most of the songs have 2 until 4 minute length." reply Hana.

Adiff thinks for a moment, trying to help Hana. "Try write down something. Maybe you can get idea?" he said.

Hana reply "That's the problem, I don't know what I should write"

Adiff sighs, "Alright. Let me help you. Can you give me your phone number then? So it's get more easier for me to share anything." he said.

"Ok, My phone number is 010-345-6789" says Hana.

Adiff keeps her phone number inside his phone. " Ok, mine is 010-234-5678" says Adiff.

Hana keeps his phone number inside her phone as well. " Alright, got it!" says Hana.

"If there's something you want to ask, just call me." says Adiff.

Hana nods. "Ok, I need to go now"

"Me too. Bye" says Adiff as he stands up.

Hana also did the same thing, and head into their own direction.

Inside Adiff's office,

There's a board on the table, it says 'Starlat Company Director'.

He's looking at Hana's phone number, as his office door get knocked. 

"Get in." says Adiff.

His secretary enter his office. "Sir, have you made up your mind regarding that proposal?" 

Adiff sighs, "I allow it, where the letter is?" says Adiff.

His secretary put a letter on his table, the content inside it is about the establishment of entertainment and media department. Adiff signs up the letter and ask his secretary to leave.

Now, he's alone again. He take his phone and accidently call Hana. Before he could hang up, Hana answer the call...

At Hana's apartment, before the incident,

Hana is laying down on her bed, release fatigue that she had for the whole day. She then bring out her phone and checking Adiff's phone.

"I'd think when he'll call me" she mumbles.

Suddenly, Adiiff calls her. Hana panicked and accidently pressed answer.

Adiff who panicked at that time said "Sorry Hana for disturbing you. I didn't mean to"

It was quiet.

Adiff took a breath. "Hi Hana" he said softly.

Hana fell silent listening to Adiff's soft voice. "H..Hi." Hana said stuttering.

"Why is this? Do you have a problem?" Adiff said.

"Eh, it's okay. It's okay. I'm fine." replied Hana. Her face is red.

There was silence for the second time.

"Um" they said simultaneously.

They both fell silent again.

"I don't think there's anything left, right?" Hana said softly and slowly.

Now it's Adiff's turn to be silent.

"Ah, yes. No more." Adiff said slowly.

"Okay..." Hana said.

Adiff said slowly, "I put it first."

"Good" said Hana.

Adiff ended the call and put his phone on the table. He then stood up and punched the air with excitement. The door of his room was suddenly opened by his secretary, Adiff quickly stood up as if nothing had happened. He turned his gaze to his secretary.

"What were you doing earlier? Did I disturb you?" said the secretary.

"Ah, just now I tried to practically mash a sandbag." Adiff said.

"Yes sir. I never knew you went to the gym" said his secretary.

"Who called you in earlier?" said Adiff, trying to change the subject.

"Oh, yes. Sir, there is a call for you." he said.

"Why don't you just use the phone to call me?" Adiff said.

"Oh, I forgot." said the secretary.

Adiff sighed. "Nevermind, you're human too." he said.

At Hana's apartment, after the call ended.

Hana screamed softly with excitement.

"His voice..." she muttered, hugging her pillow tightly.

Adiff's soft voice played in his head.

The next day, at the Chiastar Cafe,

The two of them did not see eye to eye at all.

Syaza and Syafiq just looked at their behavior.

"Are you two arguing?" said Syaza.

They answered in unison "No, we aren't!"

They fell silent again, avoiding looking at each other.

"There is indeed something happened between them." Syafiq whispered to Syaza.

"I agree." said Syaza.
