Unless the world stopped I still had to go to work tomorrow so sleep was a requirement, and I was in the habit of sleeping ten hours a day at the moment. I knew it was because of my sour mood, but that didn't change the fact that I just didn't feel awake unless I got a minimum of eight hours. My eyes moved down to mana.

Mana capacity stat

You have 1 point in the mana capacity stat. Each point in the mana stat represents 10 mana points. This is the most accurate representation of mana in it's base form, and shows the most accurate growth rate of mana capacity in regards to core growth. Mana points are a total amount of magical energy available to the individual.

You are a 5 star class holder. You can increase this stat with the right amount of effort.

0/500 mana revolutions

The more familiar your body is with mana the more mana it will allow your body to hold. 1 stat point will be granted per 100 revolutions in a 24 hour period. Limit of 500 revolutions daily.

That makes sense I guess. That means I have a rough idea of what the mana regeneration stat does. I clicked on it, and read it's description to be sure.

Mana regeneration stat

You have 1 point in the mana regeneration stat. This stat refers to how much mana you can regenerate per hour.

You can only increase this stat with stat points, items, and/ or quest rewards.

No easy outs here huh. I was so absorbed in the system that instead of going to sleep like I promised myself I moved over to my skills tab. Clicking on the passive skill half this time since I didn't look at it earlier. I only had one passive skill so it wasn't all that much to read. The name gave me a rough idea of what the skill did, but it was better to be sure then leave it at my rough estimate of what the skill does.

Passive Skills

Fearless

This passive skill makes you immune to all fear based status effects.

Fear based status effects? I had to admit I didn't know how good or bad this passive skill was. I wouldn't find out until I was in a situation where I could use it. Now it was getting pretty hard to keep my eyes open. I picked up my phone, and realized I hadn't charged it.

I shimmied down to the bottom of my bed, and plugged the poor device in before it ran down to being completely dead. It lit up giving me a happy beep, and the two percent battery percentage went up to three percent right away. Giving me a charging time of almost three hours. I licked my dry lips, and wondered if I should get another fast charging cable since this one was starting to charge slower. I decided I was too broke to worry about a slightly worn cable that had gone from a two hour charge to a three hour charge.

Putting off that purchase for another day since I had my spare crappy cable still. I adjusted my breasts as I pulled my thick blanket all the way up to my neck, and sat awake thinking as I tried to force my tired eyes closed for some time before just passing out sometime around four in the morning. Cursing myself mentally for not being able to fall asleep when I wanted even while I was already asleep. I'd wake up in the late morning or early afternoon upset at myself because I had to rush through caring for my rabbits again because I couldn't get myself to sleep. I woke up slowly around noon.

I rolled over, and tossed my blanket off. I sighed heavily. I didn't want to get up, but I needed to see how the day had gone. The nearest tutorial dungeon was in Seattle. I needed to find out how the dungeon break had gone.

I grumbled as the screen on my phone blinded me. I should have turned the lights on before the phone then my eyes wouldn't be stinging. I turned the brightness down, and pulled up my social media account. The page had exploded. Six dead police officers, and complete mayhem.

That was just in Seattle. Thankfully I didn't have many friends outside of Snohomish county so most of my posts were local. Between the mess in Seattle, and the missing pet posts the page had a huge problem loading. I clicked on a video that looked like some cellphone footage. The camera was shaking so it was hard to see exactly what was going on.

The camera stilled when the dungeon started opening. Almost as if the door opening made it easier for the person holding the camera to focus. Then zombies started pouring out. There was no hesitation on the cops part. They started shooting as soon as the shambling corpses entered their field of vision.

They were slow, and despite taking multiple shots to the head they didn't go down. The zombies did go down when they'd been shot enough times, but it was hard to keep track of how many times they'd been shot with how much the camera was shaking. The police were slowly getting overrun, but then someone with a sword stepping in. Unlike the cops guns this blade was way more effective. This blade had a shine to it that made it looked almost like crappy animation in cheap TV shows.

He could strike down the zombies with just one or two strokes of his blade, and once people saw how much more affective his magical blade was more stepped in. Testing their own unusual weapons on the zombies. The cocky way he cleaved his way through the zombies told me that he was definitely a cocky gamer kid who'd read a few too many novels or played a few too many games. He was pale, and skinny. Yet he was doing more damage then the well trained cops.
