I screamed in my mind. I was desperate to survive. Yet I was in the literally belly of the beast. I wasn't getting out of here alive no matter how hard I tried. I didn't have the strength to fight anymore.

I could literally feel death closing in. My muscles strained weakly as it's throat constricted. Pushing me further down as more flesh was ripped from my hands. My arms were forced to bend as the walls closed in. No.

No. No. No. No. Fuck.

Black dots crowded my vision. I was seeing the world through what little wasn't covered in black. I'd fucked up. I should have stayed out of this dungeon. Tears welled in my eyes.

Maybe it was the pain. Maybe it was the fact that I was about to die. Who really cared. I sure as hell didn't anymore. My arms gave out, and I started to slip down even faster.

I was out of strength. I'd lost. My arms gave out completely as my vision faded completely to black. Then I found myself looking into the eyes of the blue dragon again.

"So weak," She snarled.

I was filled with a profound primal fear that made even my bones shiver in anticipation, and then a power surged through me.

"I will grant you some of my power," She snorted in my face, "Just while I need you."

I was snapped awake as frigid cold worked it's way through me. The cold branched out from me. Freezing the creature around me. My wounds weren't healing, but my body had been granted more energy. My stamina had effectively been reset.

I could feel cold pulsing out from every point of my body that touched the monster, and it was more power then I had in my whole body. Freezing this monster from the inside out. I could feel it writhing, and screaming as it's insides constricted. Then I found myself being shoved up a half frozen throat as it cracked. Everything I touched froze so I reached out as far as I could.

This wasn't my power or I would have received some sort of notification. That made me think of the dragon egg again. Was this the power of a dragon? How powerful would my dragon be when she hatched if this was the kind of magic she could throw around now? I was thrown free of the monster, and landed in a roll.

The beast was still thrashing around like it had been burned from the inside out. Parts of it's armor had frozen all the way through, and cracked. I could still feel that cold power radiating through me. Now was the time for me to use it. I used my high jump skill to jump above my enemy.

Using it again to slam myself into it's back. I pressed my palm into it's back, and let what remained of the cold pulse into my enemy. Cracking it's armor so severely that a piece actually broke off. I slammed that freed piece down into my enemy where there was no longer armor. My hands were badly mangled at this point so a little more damage wouldn't make that much of a difference.

I slammed my hands down over, and over again. Slicing little bits of myself off each time. I forced that piece of armor down flush with the armor around it. Like hammering a nail in place. I felt the beast shudder beneath me before collapsing.

I was both horrified, and relieved when I realized that I got a notification. A hundred experience. That was all I got from killing this monster that was more then strong enough to kill me. Several of my skills had leveled up, but I myself had not. I was still a long way from hatching my dragon egg.

It was a good thing I wasn't close to hatching that egg yet. I wasn't strong enough to handle her yet.

Congratulations you have successfully cleared the first floor of this dungeon solo.

Solo exclusive rewards being calculated.

Difficulty analyzed.

Auto rewards being distributed now.

+1 Strength

+1 Speed

+1 Stamina

+1 Mental resilience

+5 Mana capacity

+5 Mana regeneration

+1 Stat point

+1 Skill point

First clear complimentary healing.

Pain wrenched through me as my flesh suddenly started violently healing. Flesh regrowing on my palms, and my wounds stitching together rapidly. I was so absorbed by the pain my body was suddenly in that I didn't notice the last notification at first. I writhed on the floor for a full minute as the bits of rock, and whatever else had been embedded in my palm had been expelled just as violently.

Solo, and first clear bonus are being combined for better rewards.

Choose one.

Soul fangs - twin mana daggers. These daggers do not posses a physical blade. Insert mana to form the blade. Sharpness is determined by amount of mana inserted into the blade. This is a C grade weapon.

+1 vitality - vitality is a secondary awakening stat granted to those that reach level 10. This stat grants you the ability to heal passively at an accelerated rate without the use of skills.

+5 stat points - Free stat points you can use for any stats.

Vitality was a really tempting reward. I really wanted to choose vitality. I really did, but I didn't have any weapons at the moment, and I had a dagger skill. I selected the Soul fangs. They appeared in the air before me.

Just two bladeless dagger hilts. I grabbed them both. One in each hand, and twirled them experimentally. The collapse progress timer never popped up. Maybe this dungeon wasn't supposed to collapse.

I couldn't remember exactly what the description had said, but it was different then the other dungeons had been. Everything about this dungeon said so. I sat down on the floor with my legs crossed, and leaned into a wall. I needed to have some awareness just in case something happened. I let myself lap into a light sleep.
