Empyrean City

From the centre of the explosion a glittering green core flew .

"Master ...." It's voice trailed off with a worried tone .

*Roar*

Shadows rolled around the core and slowly formed a humanoid shadow.

" I'll avenge you . "Green streaks of energy slithered across the shadow.

" Utopia will Die by Mara . "

Three opposing force lights clashes in the skies above Bulia a planet in Cevalia .

"Fucking king .. disrupting our rest ." Dualt used his sword to block a golden ray of energy.

"Golden Dawn ." Three more golden energy rays attached Dualt and Vladimir.

"Valconic eruption." 3 silhouettes of volcanoes appeared behind Golden Dawn King and spewed molten lava on Vladimir and Dualt.

"Ahhh." Vladimir struggled against the lava but immediately turned to dust , a Tianti core dropping from his body , containing his entire Cultivation.

*hua*

Time and space bent as Dualt warped away .

"Vladimir!!!!."

Above the air space of Utopia the weakened Heaven Slayer fell.

*Ao*

Shadows wrapped around the place he was about to fall and broke his fall .

"Utopia will die by Mara ." With strong and unwavering determination Mara said.

A shadow flashed through the night sky of Utopia.

"Wow!!!" I sat in the speeding Dragon, screaming in joy.

"Lucian you have become addicted to this Dragon." Father tapped my head.

With godlike speed we appeared above the Empyrean Academy which had now become Triple its size .I was awed by its current magnificent sight.

" Lord Daneel .

Lord Daniel.

Young Lord . "Two black armoured men on pegasus greeted us at the gate .

"Is this the Academy of Light ." Uncle looked around and asked.

"No longer academy now the Empyrean City ... During your time away the other Lords flew away from the continent and flew to the Holy Elf Empire and took in various talents of different traits to come help in the City. She always rescued the empire from the plight of a Sphinx 1st step Demi-Heavenhood ... The lords are currently battling the Celestial Orc Sa-an ." The explained the reason for the sudden development of the Academy (The last Human Refuge) ,I didn't really understand but just nodded as if I did.

" so we are on a way to Kingdom building." Father said with a smile .

"Yes.

The city has been split regions to accommodate the Lords and people.

The Region of Fairies is leg by Lady Eloise.

The Region of Nine Provinces is ruled by Lord Zain.

The Star region by Lady Maria,.

The Vast Region by Lord Daneel and the Heart region to Lord Daniel.

Each region except the Heart region has 4000 warriors except Heart which has 6400. Star region contains the 2nd Treasury while Heart contains the

1st Treasury . "I soon got bowed with the continuous talk of the Two guards . I examined their Cultivation and sighed .

*Yawn *

"Bye" I placed the dragon into my spiritual space and dashed into the city , ready to explore its new wonders. Maybe it may just develop a Spirit Immortal .

'Something isn't right . ' As I continued my exploration I realized I didn't understand the new outline of the Empyrean City. I then remembered that as a special child I had the ability that as a special child I had the ability to freely control mana so I widened my mana sense and covered the entirety of the city.
