Fateful Encounter

Amy has finished her MV shootig and is now free these days. She just takes her acting and etiquette classes and nothing else. Richard has been looking for a suitable role for Amy.

It's not that there is no role but the roles in hand are all background actor roles or the roles with almost negligible presence and Amy does not like such roles. This is the mutual narrative of both Amy and Richard. They both think that even if the role is of extra but it must be one that can at leaat show its presence. So as a result, they haven't found a suitable role yet.

" Richard do you think I am not good enough? " Amy said and continued " or is it that my face is not good looking enough?"

Richard was startled hearing Amy's words. He could see that Amy had been very depressed these days. Well this is common in Hollywood but he has to do something to cheer Amy. He cannot let his Artist loss confidence in herself because this is the most dreadful thing for an artist.

So he said :

" Cheer yourself Amy, where is your confidence from the past? You are really good enough and that is the only reason for this situation. There are many works present but they are not up-to your standard. That's why, we are having this problem. We need just a single opportunity to present you to the audience and I believe that it will really come soon. So don't worry. "

Hearing Richard's comforting words, she felt a lot relieved. She saw Richard looking at her worriedly. His comforting words really were good and it made his image more reliable in her eyes.

Seeing Amy looking at herself with expressions she never showed before ,he felt a little panic. Before he could further have said anything , Amy hugged him and buried her small face in his shoulders but didn't spoke anything.

He was so shocked that his scalp became numb and just as he was about to hug her back and comfort her, she stood up and said to her with a smiling face :

" Thank you Richard, your words really helped me a lot. I believe that they will soon come true and I will find a good work soon and I don't have to become depressed. "

After that, before Richard could say anything, Amy took her bag and waved goodbye to Richard and left for home.

In fact, Amy herself was very panicked. She was really bold now, but Richard's image at that time was really handsome. So she acted on impulse and when she came to her senses. She didn't knew what to do. So she just ran away.

Just as Amy was thinking about these things, she bumped into a man. She immediately said :

" I am sorry ."

"It's OK, no problem. " the man replied and he didn't seem to mind. She also entered the elevator. During the lift, she saw the profiles of the man. He was about thirty and had a good looking face with blond hair. He seemed like an actor but she thinks that she has seen him before but she can't remember where.

Maybe he will be famous in the future now is still a newbie. So she asked :

" Are you an actor? "

Hearing her question, the man was stunned but replied back :

" I am not an Actor but a director. "

In fact, Christopher Nolan has also been observing the girl who bumped into him. She's really an unbelievable beauty. He really hasn't seen such a face before. But it seems that she's a newbie who has just signed the contract. But from her looks, it is easy to see that she will be successful sooner or later.

In fact he came to CAA to meet an agent to see if he could sign and also for the funding for his first movie which he is going to shoot. Everything about the filming is ready but the funds are short.So he came to CAA to look for investment. His brother has also been trying but they have not successfully attracted an investment.

Amy was surprised hearing the words of the man next to her. He really looks like an actor. But immediately her mind started running fast and a name came to her mind.

Christopher Nolan.

On of the best directors of twenty first century. His every film has been successful, wether it is his " Batman trilogy", "interstellar" or "Inception" . Thinking of this she immediately asked :

" it may seem offensive but I have no ill, I just want to ask if you have shot any film before."

Nolan didn't seem to mind the words of the girl and said :

" Although I haven't shot the first movie yet but I am preparing for it and I came here today to look for Actors and investment. "

Hearing his words, Amy was screaming in her mind. It seems that Christopher Nolan hasn't shot the " Memento" yet, the masterpiece at the beginning of twenty first century. She still held back her smile and said :

" Although it may seem abrupt, but if you don't mind, then you can meet my agent. He's been working in CAA for about 7-8 years. Maybe, he can do something. "

Hearing the words of the girl, Nolan was really surprised but his hope was raised and he said :

" If it's really OK then I really hope to meet him. "

Getting positive response from Nolan, Amy became happy and led him to Richard's office.
