A mother's worry

Just as the sun dipped below the horizon, casting long shadows through the grand windows, Grace's phone chimed with another call. With a steadying breath, she answered.

"Hello, Mrs. Cullen. This is Michael Turner, the potential buyer you spoke to earlier," came a voice on the other end.

Grace maintained her composed tone. "Mr. Turner, good evening. I'm here to address any further questions you may have about the property."

Michael, with an air of curiosity, inquired, "I was wondering about the history of the mansion. It seems to have a unique charm."

Grace, choosing her words carefully, responded, "Indeed, it does. The mansion has been a cherished home for my family for many years. It holds a rich history of shared moments and countless memories."

Michael, seemingly interested, probed, "Why is it being sold, if you don't mind me asking?"
