Defying her is defying me

Alexander paced in his office, the weight of the recent confrontation with Jacob's family etched on his face. He dialed Wilson's number, a sense of urgency in each digit pressed.

"Wilson, I wanted to update you on the situation with Jacob's family. They're adamant about moving him to another facility despite my attempts to explain the risks."

Wilson's voice crackled through the line, "What happened, Alex? Why won't they listen to reason?"

Sighing, Alexander recounted the heated exchange with the family. "They're convinced that this hospital has failed Jacob, and they're determined to take him somewhere else. I've tried to emphasize the potential risks, but they're not willing to reconsider."

Wilson, frustration evident in his voice, responded, "We can't let them disrupt Jacob's treatment. What can we do to stop them?"
