BIANCA.
The ringing of my phone stirred me from my mid morning nap. "Hey." I answered, still feeling sleepy. "What's up?"
"Still in bed?"
"You woke me up." He laughed and apologized. "It's cool."
"Do you have plans for today?"
"Hmm, not really. I don't have community service so I just planned on lazing the day away with Chloe."
"I was hoping we could have lunch together."
"Another date?" He cleared his throat and couldn't answer. "See you at three?"
"See you at three."
Chloe and I spent our morning doing things we shouldn't do. We had a bottle of Jameson for breakfast and she was able to convince to smoke. "Just a stick."
"Just a stick." I left to ease myself and when I returned, I met her with a familiar white substance.
"What the hell?!"
She flinched when she saw me. "Bianca!"
"When did you start taking all these?"
"It's actually not that bad. Stella said-"
"Stella?, She introduced you to it?!" I was really furious. No wonder Chloe had been looking lean like Stella. "Why didn't you tell me?"
"Honestly B, it's not that bad. Try it."
"There's no way I'm doing drugs with you. What the hell is wrong with you?!." She frowned and couldn't meet my gaze. "Babe, it's bad for your health. You need to stop."
"I'll try."
"Don't try Chloe, stop."
"Okay B."

When I arrived at our usual spot, by taxi, thanks to the asshole that stole my baby, I noticed something that made me blink twice. I thought I was seeing things but I wasn't. "That's my bike." I stared for a second to make sure I was right. "That's my bike!." I repeated more loudly. I ran towards the guy that was about to ride off on it. "Oy! Bike thief!."
He stopped and turned to me and I melted in an instant. "Oh." He was breathtakingly handsome. His face was perfectly smooth, and he was tall, probably well over six feet. His eyes were mesmerizing, brown but very light, almost golden. His hair, jet black and it reached his shoulders.
"Is this your bike?" His voice was deep and just hearing him speak gave me butterflies in my stomach. "I'm sorry, I had no idea."
"Oh no it's...it's okay." He didn't really look apologetic, in fact he didn't have any expression on his face but I didn't mind. I couldn't stop staring into his golden orbs.
"The thing is, I seem to have lost something very precious to me and I have no idea where. So I was trying to retrace my steps."
I found myself staring at his perfectly pink lips as he spoke. "I...I understand." I smiled and he smiled too, making me melt even more.
"B, what's going on here?" Chris came out and joined us. "Isn't that your bike?"
"Yeah, it is."
"Is this the punk who stole it?!" He approached us angrily and the guy backed away.
"Relax big guy, everything's under control." I got between them. "It was just a misunderstanding. I've handled everything." I turned to face the handsome stranger. "Do you still need the bike?"
"No, it's fine." He glanced at Chris briefly before returning his gaze to me. "Thank you."
"I'm Bianca by the way."
"Sam...uh...Samuel."
I extended my hand and he took it. His grip was firm but his hand was also soft. "Nice to meet you."
"Same here. Well, I must be on my way."
"Wait!, Can I have your number?"
"Oh uh, I don't have a phone."
"What?"
"Yeah, my things were uh... stolen, yeah they were stolen." He scratched his head uncomfortably.
"Oh I'm so sorry to hear that."
"Thanks."
"Do you stay around?"
"No, I mean I don't know. I uh..don't have a place to stay." He admitted without looking at me.
"You lost all your things and you don't have a place to stay?" Chris asked and he nodded. "B, come here for a sec." He pulled me aside. "I don't trust this guy, something about him feels off."
"Don't be silly. He's just lost, I think we should be nice to him." I walked back to Samuel. "Would you mind staying with me?"
"What?, No!." Chris refused.
"Why?"
"You can't let a stranger stay in the same house with you. I won't allow it."
"Then what am I supposed to do?, I can't just leave him."
"Why not?, You don't know him!."
"Chris!."
"....ugh!!, Fine. Then let him stay with me."
"Yay, thank you." I hugged him before going back to Samuel. "We were just going to have lunch, would you like to come with us?"
"Uh--"
"No!. B, I wanted to have lunch with just you."
"Don't be a baby Chris. Come on, let's go inside." I pulled Samuel by the hand and Chris followed. "What would you like to have?"
"Just fruits will be okay."
"Uh I don't think they have fruits here but I can go out and get it for you."
"That won't be necessary."
"I was going to have donuts, would you like one?"
"Sure."
"Okay." I ordered donuts for us and an iced americano for myself while Chris had his usual, pancakes and tea.

"Oh Chloe, I think I'm in love." I laid with her on the bed, resting my head on her lap.
"Ooh, tell me all about it." I told her all about Sam but left out the part that he was the bike thief. "Wow, I'd really love to meet this Samuel." She said after I was done.
"Oh Chloe you really have to see him. He is absolutely sexy, and his voice... damn. He just turns me on."
"I'm happy for you dear. I remember the last time you talked about a guy that way was almost two years ago."
She was referring to my ex boyfriend, Phillip. Phillip and I met at the grocery store and he seemed like a nice guy. He was also very tall, and I had a thing for tall guys. We dated for eight months before our supposed perfect relationship ended.
Phillip was handsome but he's nothing compared to Sam. He was blonde and had blue eyes, he kinda looked like one of those highschool jocks.
Samuel on the other hand was different. He was masculine, his limbs straight and muscular. His packs were obvious through the t shirt he wore and he had this energy around him that makes girls fall in love automatically.
"Should we visit him tomorrow?" I knelt on the bed and she just smiled. "What?"
"You're acting like a little kid." We both laughed for a while before she answered. "We'll go see your prince charming tomorrow."
"Yay, can't wait. Gotta go select what I'll wear." I could hear Chloe laugh as I went to the closet.
