Chapter 12 - Fighting Goblins

Every Monster at that time already understood what was happening as the enemy already started attacking them and he already killed 8 of their comrades. Naturally, they already started reacting and trying to search for the enemy while Zero already killed more people and until now he already killed 10 of those goblins.

Finally, those goblins already noticed him and they already attacked him. First of all, if you look at the goblins then those monsters did not have any type of weapons or something like that and they would fight him with their bare hands.

But even with that you should not underestimate those goblins as they had sharp nails and also because those monsters were just around level one they did not have any type of weapons. But while you will meet more powerful monsters naturally you will see that those Monsters somehow had armor and also they had weapons.

Three goblins already jump toward Zero but you already reacted on time and backflip from that place. But in the next second, he could already see that the ground already had a crack mark on it as those Monsters missed the punch.

But that is not over as five more Monsters already came behind him and they already attacked him from behind. This time he quickly turns back and instantly attacks those Monsters using his sword technique. But in front of those 5 monsters naturally, he was unable to use his speed as an advantage and because of this he already got hit.

But that also gives him the time to retreat. Even though those Monsters most likely did not reach the limit of level 1 in every aspect but most likely their strength already reached the limit and because of this Monsters were very powerful and most likely they also had some kind of technique that increased their strength.

Fortunately, the armor absorbed all the damage from those Monsters, and with that Zero did not receive any damage. He already killed one of them and also injured the next Goblin. Now he gets the chance to once again use his movement technique and naturally, he comes in front of those goblins once again and attacks them. This time as he gets the chance to use his speed he already kills the injured goblin.

Also suddenly he swung his sword backward as a goblin monster just about to attack him. He did not aim for the hand of that Monster as naturally also using some kind of technique. So he is not sure if he would be able to kill that Monster if he targeted the hand and because of this he targeted the head of that Monster.

His sword didn't touch the punch of that monster and attacked the body of that monster. Once again in less than a second he already swung his sword five times. As you can see, the Monster had already been killed but instantly he disappeared from that place.

"Boom!!"

Once again an explosion appears by the attack of those Monsters. But he already retreated from that place and because of this, he did not get affected by this. Now really in this battle, you can say his moment technique helped him to escape from situations like this. 

"Roar!!!!"

Now, those Monsters looking in his direction are angry while roaring like this. They are very angry because he just killed their fellow monster while being unable to do anything. Once again those Monsters begin to come toward his direction and he also is not slow as he already begins to go toward those Monsters using his full speed and naturally with that he comes in front of those Monsters and once again uses his sword technique.

Zero wasted no time to Crouch down and with that, he escaped from the punch of two Monsters but he also quickly swung the sword upward and that instantly killed the monster that was in front of him. Not only that he quickly jumps from that place and with that he once again escapes. 

First of all, as you know Zero also had all the memory of David and because of this, you can say he also has all the experience of previous David and with that, you can say he was able to react like this. If David did not have this kind of experience naturally it would not be easy for him to kill those Goblins like this while until now he did not receive that many injuries. Even if he received injuries, all of that damage got absorbed by his armor. So in the end, he is fully okay.

On the other hand, right now only 8 monsters remain and naturally zero would not waste his time. Like this, he just keeps using his movement technique and also using his hit technique to kill those Monsters. It took 15 minutes to fully kill all the Monsters and finally, he got the time to rest and recover all the lost Zen energy.

But at this time he did not decide to rest in that place as he needed to search for a good place to rest where he would not get sneak attacked by those Monsters as they had the habit of attacking anyone sneakily. Somehow he was able to find a good place to rest and at that time he also began to use the energy recovery technique.

Zero is fully alert about his surroundings as he also knows those Monsters good come to him from anywhere so naturally he needed to prepare himself to face those Monsters at any time from any direction. But at the same time, you can say he was also thinking about the previous battle where sometimes he really got careless, and because of this, those Monsters were able to hit him. 

If it wasn't for his armor he would have already gotten seriously injured by those Monsters. Even though he had the experience of the previous David still you can say that he did not have real experience and naturally because of this those reckless things also happened during the battle.

But he already decided not to do the same reckless thing when he fights those next goblins. But at the same time, you can say he did not want to meet any powerful Monsters right now as he wanted to kill as many level 1 monsters as he could.

Suddenly, Zero was alerted by the sound of an explosion that wasn't far away from his location. Naturally, he could tell most likely some guardians fighting those Goblin Monsters and because of this that sound got created but this also made him very alert and even though he did not recover full energy he was already planning to retreat from that place to the next safe place.

First of all, he did not want to interfere with anyone's fight. He is also a level one Warrior so he also knows his limit. With that zero did not waste a single second and began to retreat from that place. 

Actually, he did not know but he did the right thing. Because sometime later the battle became more intense as more goblins began to join the fight fire. You can see 10 guardians fighting those Monsters. At this time If those goblins found out of the presence of Zero, naturally they would also try to attack him and that could be risky for him. 

Now back to the main matter he already escaped from that place and he is right now at the top of a cave-like place. This could get created by those goblins or it could get created by the Dungeon. Fortunately, he already checked that place very carefully and did not find any holes or something like that where those Goblins could hide themselves.

Once again he began to channel the recovery technique and instantly he began to feel the Zen energy begin to recover much faster. Previously during the battle you can say he almost uses 70 to 80% of his Zen energy and previously he was only able to recover 20% of energy and naturally he would need more time to recover his full energy.

After 2 hours later fortunately he was already able to recover his full energy and he already came out from that hiding place and was already searching for more goblins. First of all, he would avoid all those places where guardians are already fighting goblins as that could be dangerous. 

First of all, not only are Monsters dangerous but at the same time you can say humans are also dangerous as they could also attack you for their benefit. Even if you did not do anything, those humans could be attractive for their benefit. So Zero also needed to make sure that he did not get careless about that matter.

When he was walking around to search for those Monsters he did not notice but some Monster was already looking in his direction. Those Monsters just waiting for the right time to attack him.
