As Zephyr lifted Freya into the sky once again, her heart pounded with fear. She glanced around, desperate for a way out of this situation. In her mind, she remembered an ancient story she had heard about the winged beastmen. It spoke of a hidden chamber deep within the palace, a chamber with a portal to another world.
With a surge of hope, Freya decided to play along for the moment. "Zephyr," she began, her voice trembling, "I will consider your offer, but I need time to think. Could you show me more of your realm, so I can better understand what you're offering?"
Zephyr, intrigued and perhaps overly confident in his allure, agreed to her request. He released his grip on her and, with a grand gesture, led her on a tour of the magnificent palace and the breathtaking landscapes of their realm.
As they explored the palace's grandeur, Freya kept an eye out for any opportunity to reach the hidden chamber she had heard about. She noticed that Zephyr became more relaxed as he showed her his world, believing that she was gradually falling under his spell.
Their journey eventually led them to a majestic garden with exotic, otherworldly flora and a crystal-clear pond that sparkled in the sunlight. It was a serene and beautiful place, far from the horrors Freya had initially imagined.
Zephyr, no longer the menacing captor, became more personable as he spoke about the flora, fauna, and the history of his people. Freya couldn't help but be captivated by the enchanting world she was witnessing. Yet, she remained steadfast in her determination to find the hidden chamber and escape his clutches.
As Freya and Zephyr walked deeper into the garden, they came across a massive, ancient tree with sprawling roots and vibrant flowers. It was known as the "Tree of the Ancients," and Zephyr told her that it held a special place in the heart of their civilization.
Freya seized the opportunity. "Zephyr," she said, her voice tinged with curiosity, "I've heard that the Tree of the Ancients is said to have a connection to the portal. Is that true?"
Zephyr was momentarily taken aback, unsure of how much Freya knew about their legends. He composed himself and replied, "Indeed, it is said that the Tree of the Ancients guards the entrance to the hidden chamber, which holds the portal to another world. But it is a well-guarded secret, known only to a few."
Freya tried to hide her excitement. "I would be so honored if you could show me this sacred tree. It would help me understand your world better."
Zephyr, sensing an opportunity to further captivate Freya, led her to the tree. Its roots seemed to extend deep into the earth, and its leaves shimmered in iridescent colors, casting a magical glow in the vicinity. Zephyr shared stories of the tree's origins, its connection to the portal, and its significance in their culture.
As they stood before the ancient tree, Freya spotted a small, intricate carving on its bark that seemed out of place, bearing symbols she recognized from the stories of the hidden chamber. It was a key, and Freya's heart raced. She knew this was her chance to escape.
"Zephyr," she said, her voice trembling, "This tree is magnificent, but there's something I'd like to see up close. Do you mind if I touch it?"
Zephyr, now completely enchanted by Freya, granted her request. As Freya reached out to touch the carving, she couldn't believe her luck. It was the key she needed. She discreetly pressed it, and with a soft, mystical hum, a hidden door near the tree slowly creaked open.
Before Zephyr could react, Freya darted through the door and found herself in a dimly lit chamber. She could feel the portal's energy pulsating within. Panicked, Zephyr rushed after her, but it was too late. As he entered the chamber, Freya activated the portal.
A swirling vortex of energy enveloped them, and they were both pulled into the portal. The world around them blurred and twisted until they found themselves in a completely different land, far from the winged beastmen's realm.
They stood on the edge of a dense, ancient forest. The air was thick with mystery, and the trees seemed to whisper secrets in a language neither of them understood. Freya realized that she had unwittingly brought Zephyr with her to this new world.
Breathing heavily, Zephyr turned to her, his expression a mix of rage and astonishment. "You dare to defy me, Freya!" he roared.
Inside the palace, Alexander and Lyrik had fought valiantly to reach Freya, but they were too late. They watched in despair as Zephyr and Freya disappeared into the portal. The grand feast that had distracted the winged beastmen was now a chaotic scene of confusion and panic. The guards, still recovering from their battle with Alexander and Lyrik, were unable to stop the ruler of their realm from taking Freya.
With grim determination, Alexander and Lyrik knew that they had to follow Freya through the portal, no matter where it led. They made a quick decision to inform theirs tribes people who were at the entrance of the middle region about her abduction and left a trusted member of the alliance in charge of their mission. It was their hope that the alliance could continue its journey and fulfill its goals even in their absence.
They had left detailed sketches and instructions on how to continue the journey and maintain the alliance's goals. With a heavy heart, they entrusted the future of the mission to their comrades.
The members of the alliance, though concerned for Freya's safety, were determined to carry on. They were fueled by the hope that Alexander and Lyrik would succeed in rescuing her, and they continued their journey with renewed purpose.
As the two beasts approached the portal, they could feel its pull, its resonance with the very essence of their existence. It was clear that this portal held ancient and mystical powers that surpassed their understanding.
Before they entered the portal, Alexander turned to Lyrik. "Once we go through, there's no telling where we'll end up. We must be prepared for anything. Our first priority is to find Freya and bring her back."
Lyrik nodded, his eyes filled with determination. "Agreed. We won't rest until she's safe and free from Zephyr's grasp."
With a shared resolve, they stepped into the portal, and the world around them dissolved into a whirlwind of colors and sensations. It was as if they were being pulled through the very fabric of reality, hurtling through time and space.
When they emerged on the other side, it was clear they had arrived in a place unlike anything they had ever seen. The landscape was a breathtaking fusion of natural beauty and magical wonder. Exotic creatures roamed the land, and the sky above was adorned with floating islands and waterfalls that defied gravity.
Freya and Zephyr were nowhere to be seen, but Alexander had an inkling that they were not far. He sniffed the air, using his keen senses, and picked up a faint trace of Freya's scent. Lyrik, with his enhanced hearing, also detected the distant sound of her voice.
"They can't be too far," Alexander said. "We must follow the scent and sound. Freya needs us."
As they embarked on their quest to rescue Freya, they encountered strange and wondrous beings who inhabited this realm. Some were friendly, guiding them in the right direction, while others were more enigmatic, offering cryptic advice and riddles.
As Alexander and Lyrik journeyed through the fantastical realm, they encountered numerous challenges and trials. They faced treacherous terrain, encountered mythical creatures. Each challenge brought them closer to the source of Freya's presence.
Not long after Alexander and Lyrik met up with Zephyr and Freya in the centre of the magnificent city. Once the two sides met they were ready to fight but Freya stop them.
Freya "On our way to this place I was nearly abducted if not for Zephyr who saved and protected me throughout our journey to here you might not see me so let's not fight. Rather it's getting late let's look for a place to sleep and think of a way to go back."
Alexander and Lyrik even though didn't like Zephyr but since Freya said he saved her they were grateful to him because in the beast world females were rare beings and could be snatched by other tribes. According to the rules the one who saves her has the right to be her mate.
The four continued to search for a place to stay for the night everywhere they passed others beastmen stared at them well specifically not all of them but Freya. They wanted to go close but they were afraid to do so because of Alexander and his team.
Finally they found a hotel or guest house and booked 4 rooms. They each stay in one room but the rooms were close incase something happened to them they could arrive at the fastest time possible.
