The exam

The entrance exam comprised three rounds, with the first round being a completely independent assessment. The company didn't provide any reference materials; candidates relied solely on their own abilities and judgment to answer the questions.

If applicants pass the first exam, they will be considered for managerial positions.

In the second round of the exam, the company provides the book "Guidance for Thought" as a reference for applicants. If candidates can pass the exam after reading "Guidance for Thought," they will be eligible for senior staff positions.

During the third round of the exam, the company gives both "Employee Rules" and "Guidance for Thought" to the remaining candidates for reference in their answers. Those who pass the exam will be qualified as interns.

If a candidate doesn't pass any of the three exams, it's regrettable, but Xplendi does not require such employees.
