A Wrong Approach, The Right Answer

After silently reading the message for quite some time, Meng Zhi suddenly threw her phone aside and hurriedly made her way to the computer. She opened her email and quickly updated her resume, following the requirements, and submitted it directly to the Xplendi's HR department.

 

Why not use her phone?

Because typing on a phone was too slow!

With the job's attractive offer, she was afraid that even a few hours' delay in submitting her resume would result in her missing out on the opportunity.

 

In order to stand out among other applicants and highlight how well she met the requirements, Meng Zhi added a special paragraph to the end of her resume, making it bold:

 

"Reason for being let go from the previous job: Being overly attentive and considerate towards customers."

 

Wasn't this just what they wanted in a customer service representative?
