THE FUTURE KEEPERS

"What do we do now?" I asked.

"I honestly don't know," Henry answered. "Who do you think they're looking for?"

"Does that matter right now?" Hannah inquired. "We're in the middle of a terrorist attack for God's sake."

"Hannah, they said they aren't here to kill anyone. Maybe if the person reveals himself, they'll let us go," Henry said.

"That's not how terrorists talk. Even if the person shows up, they'll still kill people," I said, face-palming.

"Are you suggesting we just wait here till they kill everyone?" Henry queried.

"No! The command was simple; search every room. Since we have the phone, we can make our way back to the toilet, and watch till they're done with their search. Thereafter, we make our entry, call Emily's dad, and return to the ceiling," Hannah stated.

"It's not safe hundred percent, but what choice do we have?" I questioned.

"Let's just go," Henry said.
