Daniel and Carter met for the first time at work, Daniel was his secretary and Carter was the CEO of a multi Generational company, both were workaholics and thus they spent a lot of time together and became best friends.

Both had everything planned out for the future but not everything goes as you plan.

One day Daniel wakes up to a baby's cries and he find a baby on his doorstep who turns out to be his niece, with the request of his sister he decides to raise her, and Carter being the good friend he is decides to help raise her.

Neither of them knew what would happen when they take on the challenge of raising Daniels niece.

<p>Both Carter and Daniel were happy that the barbecue party went well, Carter's family had a good time and after a little while of talking and getting to know everyone Abigail also had a lot of fun, the night was filled with laughter, when it all came to an end Lisa got Abigail's number to get her help with Hunter's bedroom and Daniel showed Ms. Abbot to her room, slowly as everything quieted down and all the cleaning was taken care of everyone headed to bed.</p>

<p>After the exciting and drama-filled days, the two returned to their usual schedules, things at work were slowing down as the company was heading into their more quiet season, and with the internal investigation pending as well, it took quite a while for internal affairs to go through everything Mr. Bell was working on since he was quite involved in everything.</p>
