Daniel and Carter met for the first time at work, Daniel was his secretary and Carter was the CEO of a multi Generational company, both were workaholics and thus they spent a lot of time together and became best friends.

Both had everything planned out for the future but not everything goes as you plan.

One day Daniel wakes up to a baby's cries and he find a baby on his doorstep who turns out to be his niece, with the request of his sister he decides to raise her, and Carter being the good friend he is decides to help raise her.

Neither of them knew what would happen when they take on the challenge of raising Daniels niece.

The unexpected results of raising a child

After their engagement, the two started working on wedding plans, and although they thought they knew what they wanted nothing seemed at all appealing once they started putting it together though it wasn't to their liking, there was something lacking.

Both felt quite a lot of pressure since they knew that most of their guests would end up being business partners and shareholders and they both wanted to make a good impression even if it meant ignoring what they liked. Maybe that was the reason it felt lacking.

Because of their struggles, they decided to visit someone who would know best to deal with having a wedding with the same people before, and so they made a visit to Gavin and Lisa, it was a bit unexpected and last minute, but they knew that if they didn't ask for advice they would end up hitting a wall straight on.
