Flow and Banishment

The battle began as Daichi locked eyes with Daiki and Akimitsu, who stood tall on top of a nearby building, their postures tense and ready.

"What's wrong? Aren't you going to attack me?" Daichi asked, smirking.

Suddenly, a powerful beam of broken ki shot up from the ground behind Daichi, blasting through the dirt and stone.

"Broken Arts: Flow," Daiki said, his tone cold.

Daichi quickly dodged, but the beam circled back toward him like it was alive. Daichi leapt to the side, narrowly avoiding it again.

"Impressive," Daichi said, a grin on his face. "But—"

Before he could finish, Daichi rushed toward Daiki, fists charged with energy. His movements were fast, aiming to land a blow that would end the fight. But Daiki was faster.

"Too slow." Daiki vanished in an instant, reappearing behind Daichi.

In that moment, Akimitsu appeared out of nowhere, blocking Daichi's path.

"Don't forget about me," Akimitsu warned.

"Broken Arts: Banishment!" Akimitsu shouted.

Daichi felt his body tighten as his energy began to drain. His muscles felt as if they were being locked into place, his strength leaving him. He smirked, refusing to give in.

"I'll make this interesting," Daichi muttered, focusing his energy.

Daiki and Akimitsu struck at once. Daichi twisted, barely managing to block both their attacks. The force of the blows pushed him to the ground, leaving him kneeling. His energy was low, but he wasn't finished.

"I'm surprised you blocked that attack," Akimitsu said, stepping back.

"That Banishment Onryo is a pain," Daichi grunted, catching his breath.

Daiki and Akimitsu stepped back, preparing their next move.

"Broken Art Sub Technique: Flowed Barrage!" Daiki called out.

(Note: Sub-techniques are special attacks that come from your main art, each with different effects for various situations.)

With a snap of his fingers, Daiki released a barrage of broken ki beams, each one speeding toward Daichi in quick succession. They shot through the air like deadly missiles, too many for Daichi to dodge all at once.

"Not good enough," Daichi said, his body moving like lightning as he evaded some of the beams but was struck by others. The impact pushed him back, but he grinned through the pain.

"Broken Art Sub Technique: Banish Reversal!" Akimitsu shouted, raising his hand.

Suddenly, a horde of Onryo, terrifying spirits with glowing red eyes, appeared all around them. They charged at Daichi, screeching as they moved.

"Ugh, this is really a hassle," Daichi muttered, looking at the growing army of spirits.

"Fukui! Shoota! Akira!" Daichi shouted.

The others looked up at him, their faces serious.

"Yes!" they answered, ready to act.

"Protect the civilians! Keep the Onryos from escaping!" Daichi ordered.

"Yes, Daichi-sensei!" they called in unison.

"Stay safe," Fukui said, and the group rushed off to help the citizens.

Daichi turned his attention back to the fight, focusing on Daiki and Akimitsu. The beams of broken ki were still coming at him, and the Onryos were closing in.

A smile spread across Daichi's face as his power began to swell.

"Now that they're gone…" Daichi muttered

. . .I can finally go all out
