Randale, Armand, and I stood in the shadows of the royal chambers as we watched an underground door open and then Adolph Godric came out of it. He was accompanied by an old woman and a very beautiful young girl who was a spitting image of Armand.


I could see the nostrils of both Armand and Randale flare as they watched them come up and push the floor door closed. 


“I am surprised the tunnel still exists,” Adolph spoke up.
