Russia's Move

In a dimly lit, classified bunker nestled deep within the Russian military compound, General Yuri Kovalenko and his daughter, Second Lieutenant Elena Vasiliev, were engaged in a clandestine operation. Elena had extraordinary telepathic abilities. Her telepathic powers had been suppressed and exploited by Russian authorities. She was emotionally manipulated and traumatized, coerced into using her telepathic talents for the benefit of Russia and its covert operations.

Under the command of General Kovalenko, Elena was forced to employ her telepathic abilities to spy on the mysterious inhabitants of Guardia. However, something about the island interfered with her powers, limiting her telepathic reach and capabilities.

Elena, her once untouchable telepathic abilities suddenly faltering, felt an icy grip of fear take hold of her. It was a sensation she hadn't experienced before. Her telepathy had always been her strength, her way of understanding the world. Now, on the threshold of a mysterious island, it was as if her most trusted companion had abandoned her.

Yuri, her father and superior, couldn't hide his anger and disappointment. He had hoped to exploit Elena's telepathic gifts for their mission, but with this unexpected limitation, he was left seething. "Elena," he hissed, his voice a mixture of frustration and fury, "You were supposed to be useful! Your mother never failed us like this." Yuri said as he roundhouse kicked her head.

Tears welled up in Elena's eyes as the harsh words and of course the kick hurt. Now, locked in a dungeon and her own emotions, she sobbed uncontrollably.

Yuri turned away, unable to bear the sight of his daughter. He knew he had pushed her to the brink, and his anger was not just directed at Elena but at the whole situation.

Elena had struggled to maintain her sanity amidst the emotional turmoil and ethical dilemmas she faced. Her telepathic abilities had become a source of both distress and fear, driving a wedge between her and her father, who had placed her in this harrowing position.

It was during one of Elena's surveillance sessions that she discovered the limitations of her powers. Something on the island Guardia, a mysterious island that appeared and that Russian administration wanted to know about, some unknown force or energy, prevented her from utilizing her telepathy to its full extent. She had relayed this critical information to her father, General Kovalenko, who immediately recognized the implications.

General Kovalenko bound by his loyalty to the Russian government, had no concern for his daughter's well-being only her utility. She used as a pawn in their political games. Upon hearing of the restrictions on Elena's telepathic abilities, he realized that it was time for a more subtle and covert approach to understanding the enigmatic island of Guardia.

General Yuri Kovalenko assembled a special squad of elite operatives trained in analog communication and espionage. This covert squad was tasked with infiltrating Guardia discreetly, gathering critical information, and, if necessary, eliminating potential threats. They understood that the situation was complex, and they needed to rely on traditional methods to remain off the radar.

As the Russian special squad prepared to embark on their mission, they knew they were stepping into the unknown. The island of Guardia held secrets beyond their imagination, and the enigmatic forces that inhibited Elena's telepathic abilities only added to the intrigue and danger of the operation. With every step they took, they were drawn closer to a mysterious and unpredictable future, where espionage, diplomacy, and their very lives were at stake.

Elena comforted herself in her dungeon made into her own comfort place by indulging in some anime and manga.

"Why is this my life? I hope to find someone who can look into my eyes and see my true self, not just my powers." She muttered as she said crying to nobody.
