Russia Second Chance

General Asunai: (With a hint of anger) "Mr. President, I regret to inform you that a covert Russian team attacked Guardia. We view this as an act of aggression, and depending on how they choose to proceed, we may have no choice but to declare war on Russia."

The room was instantly filled with a flurry of discussions and panic. In a matter of minutes, the administration was trying to extract more information from the naval forces surrounding Guardia, but the situation remained shrouded in uncertainty.

General Henderson: (Exasperated) "We need more intel, and we need it fast."

Advisor: (Desperate) "Mr. President, we have to consider our options carefully. A war on the western coast could be catastrophic, especially when we're actively working to establish an alliance with Guardia."

Amid heated debates, the President knew that hasty decisions could lead to disastrous consequences. After much deliberation, he resolved that they couldn't risk a war on their western shores at this time.

President: (Resigned) "I won't make a rushed judgment. We have too much at stake, and an alliance with Guardia could be our greatest hope for the future."

The administration eventually decided to open a dialogue with the Russian President. In the ensuing call, the Russian leader expressed his deep regret over the incident and insisted that it was a case of mistaken identity. General Asunai, on the other end, maintained her suspicions but acknowledged the importance of diplomacy.

General Asunai: (Cautious) "This is your second chance, Russia. We are watching."

As time passed, whispers and rumors about the situation off the western coast of the United States began to circulate. The press picked up on the massive blockade, shipping routes were rerouted, and people couldn't freely travel in the area anymore. The watchful eyes of the world's governments were fixed on this enigmatic occurrence.

The President and his administration were left with a challenging task: to decipher the origins and intentions of this advanced nation known as Guardia. Their theory evolved, considering the possibility that Guardia might be an ancient civilization or even an extraterrestrial phenomenon. They believed that these advanced individuals had infiltrated American society to understand the workings of the world and acted based on their own set of ideals, regardless of international laws.
