Synopsis:

Vida closed the door behind her. She deeply inhaled before whirling around to face Edward, who stood from his seat as soon as she left Amara's room.

Edward walked closer and glanced at the door as if he wanted to open it and enter. Then, he turned to Vida and asked worriedly, "Is she alright? Why did she faint?"

Vida avoided the man's gaze. She wet her lips, hesitating to answer. After contemplating for a while, she sighed exasperatedly and answered, "She was just overfatigued. Many things are going on in her mind, affecting her health and body."

Edward looked back at the door, his shoulders drooping, and his eyes showed genuine concern. He muttered lowly, "What could be stressing her so much?"
